What you need to do:
Maintain Compliance and Governance Framework: Reporting to and assisting the Compliance Manager under Legal & Compliance Division of Credit and Risk Department to establish and maintain compliance and governance framework within the Company.
AML Risk Review: Review AML risk on new clients onboarding , trigger event and periodic review cases.
Policy Review and Update: Review and update compliance-related policies to ensure due diligence and other corporate and internal policies and procedures are kept abreast with the latest legal, regulatory and licensing requirements.
Compliance Training: Organize and deliver compliance training to keep all staff updated with the latest compliance, regulatory and licensing requirements (including anti-money laundering and sanctions).
Document Review and Collaboration: Review compliance-related documents and work with other business functions on the development of new products and programs.
Marketing Materials Approval: Assist to review and approve the marketing materials and provide recommendation to various departments.
Internal Event Reviews and Analysis: Assist in internal event reviews and analyse the root causes to address control weaknesses and monitor the remedial action progress.
Requirements
Possess a strong academic background with university degree or above in Legal, Finance, Business, Accounting or related discipline.
2 to 3 years related experience in banking or financial service industry.
Solid knowledge in compliance and legal framework, preferably related to commercial lending, trade finance and financial services.
Able to work independently and self-motivated, proactive, detail minded and target oriented.
A good team player and able to work with different business functions.
Good communication and interpersonal and able to illustrate compliance requirements.
Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms.
Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools, such as process modelling, use case development, and requirements management.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of project management principles and practices is a plus.
Prior experience or internships in business analysis or related roles is an advantage.

What you need to do
Assist project manager in reviewing, monitoring, and implementing projects; and keep all parties accountable for deliverables to ensure timely project execution
Communicate with different stakeholders to update necessary information and ensure the same understanding is achieved and aligned
Analyse business and user requirements, propose solutions and create design specifications
Coordinate project schedules, manage project meetings and identify technical problems
Prepare test plan, organise and conduct UAT
Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or other Business Management related disciplines
Ideally 2-3 years of experience.
Proven communication and organisational skills are required
Strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving skills and stakeholder management skills
Self-motivated, positive, and detailed oriented
Able to work under pressure with a tight schedule
Knowledge of SQL would be an advantage

You will be responsible for setting up the kitchen and supporting the senior chefs during service. You will work across the hot, cold and pasta production sections, assembling dishes to our high standards in a timely fashion.
