About the role:

We are looking for an amazingly well-rounded CorpSec Executive to help quickly grow our business in Hong Kong. You will be forward-thinking, with a desire to work in a progressive, tech-assisted environment. You must be able to prioritise your tasks and work comfortably under pressure.

Mission:

Responsibilities:

• Handling a full range of company secretarial duties for Hong Kong private companies;
• Preparing all the necessary documents and filings;
• Maintaining and updating the statutory records;
• Attending to the inquiries from clients;
• Co-ordinating with other teams to meet the clients' needs; and
• Any other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned.

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration/Corporate Governance or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of related company secretarial experience in a professional firm or law firm
• Familiar with the industry laws and regulations especially the Companies Ordinance
• Good communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Independent, pro-active, detail-minded, and hardworking
