Responsibilities: Provide practical compliance advice for business units Handles licensing matters, notification, annual return, survey and other ad hoc reports as required by the regulators; Handle on-going IA reporting matters Formulate and update internal policies and procedures to ensure relevant compliance standards are complied with Ensure company policies, internal control procedures & manuals are up-to-date with regulatory requirements and monitor adherence with these policies
Requirements: University graduate; holder of ACII or ANZII (Senior Asso) qualification or equivalent Minimum 5 years' working experience in compliance or corporate governance sector Sound knowledge of all general insurance, claims and market practice Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) Good command of MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsiblities Formulate marketing proposition and drive the marketing plan meeting business targets Steer the launch of sales and marketing initiatives as well as digital projects Collaborate with Sales Leaders to provide sales support to frontline so as to steer business momentum Constantly review and adjust the product offering to ensure compliance support to frontlines Lead and/or assist ad hoc projects / assignments Requirements Degree or above Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience (life insurance/general insurance/MPF) with bancassurance Solid experience in project management (including digital initiatives) and sales support is essential Holder of IIQAS Paper I, III, IV, V and Holder of HKSI Paper 1,7,8 is highly preferable Good insurance product knowledge and understanding of market trends Proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented Sound knowledge of application software including Excel & PowerPoint Good command of written English and Chinese
