About the role:

We are looking for someone who is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months.

To do this, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in Sales and based in Hong Kong.

• Ideally, most of your recent Sales experience will have been in inbound Sales.  And ideally, you will have held your last two roles for at least 18 months (barring exceptional circumstances).
• Most of your selling experience will have been in B2B or SaaS and/or services similar to what Sleek offers in Hong Kong.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Traditional Chinese is required for this role. Knowledge of Simplified Chinese is considered an advantage.

Compensation

GOLFTEC Coaches work together as a team. GOLFTEC Coaches are paid a competitive base rate along with commissions, bonus opportunities, and other performance-based components. Monthly commissions, bonus opportunities, and other performance-based compensation components are based on the Center’s performance as well as individual performance.

•  HKCEE / HKDSE 程度或以上或HKQF level 4同等學歷
• 最少有兩年以上的銷售經驗、門市零售經驗或顧客服務經驗
• 如無相關工作經驗者，唯性格外向、對工作充滿熱誠、積極進取、有責任感亦可
• 具良好的表達能力、說話技巧、銷售及顧客服務技巧更佳

• Lead and monitor the branch team to achieve sales target and ensure quality of service & work (i.e. timeliness, accuracy and compliance)
• Coordinate and manage loan applications
• Provide coaching for existing Service Ambassadors
• Collect the market information for product positioning
• Handle complaints from customers
• Assist Department Head to devise and implement strategic plan & system to enhance service quality and business effectiveness
• Implement human resources management in the department to enhance job satisfaction and capabilities of department members and to ensure appropriateness of job allocation
• Devote to ad hoc projects to achieve Company strategic plan

• Bachelor degree or above or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
• At least 6 years of working experience in relevant field (retail experience will also be considered)
• Excellent conflict management and problem solving skills
• Mature, able to work under pressure with strong sense of confidentially
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Independent, proactive and attentive to details
• High initiative to give useful suggestion / advice to enhance sales performance in align with Company strategy & visions
• Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by top management independently and in good quality
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
