Responsibilities

2+ years in SRE or Production Support within experience in the financial industry, or managing business critical systems requiring 99.9% uptime.
Proven background in hands-on production / application support.

Comfortable working with developer tools such as GIT, JIRA and Notion.
Familiar with Node JS, MariaDB/MySQL and managing automated build/deployment pipelines (e.g. GitLab, Ansible).

Lead a team of 3-5 people.

Hands on work on consolidation, treasury / bank administration, tax compliance, budgeting and forecasting.
Partner with senior management and department heads in providing financial advice and insights to support business initiatives.
Develop and maintain management reports that provide insightful analysis into the Group’s financial & operational performance.

Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will be working closely with senior leadership across the organization to help ensure proper governance and controls are followed and provide independent assessment on and compliance with corporate governance standards to senior management and the Board of Directors.
Responsibilities
Lead Internal Audit to ensure proper governance is maintained across the organisation;
Develop the internal audit plan and undertake internal audits as required to ensure the company meets its financial, operational and compliance objectives;
Report on control deficiencies to management and the Audit and Compliance Committee and make recommendations to mitigate risk and add value;
Challenge current processes across the company and identify opportunities for refinement;

About the Role
We’re now looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to join Pirata Group.
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in running a top quality, high volume venue. You will ensure that the team is well trained, motivated, and consistently delivers a friendly, approachable, caring and informed service experience to our guests. You will be identifiable as a manager whilst on the floor, greeting guests and dealing with any issues that may arise.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, will have at least one year's experience as an assistant manager in a highly regarded restaurant, and be a hands-on, floor-based manager who enjoys being guest-facing.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure smooth implementation and execution of the restaurant operations
Provide training to the team to deliver the highest quality of service and sustain brand image
Implement marketing activities to drive sales and revenue for the restaurant
Control stocks for daily use in the restaurant to ensure service requirements are met
Supervise and coordinate the prompt, high-standard, efficient, and courteous serving of food and beverages in the restaurant
Manage and store vendors’ contracts and invoices

Our Business Intelligence teams work as trusted advisors to leading Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, private market investors and law firms across the region. We help our clients understand and manage a variety of business risks, identifying and evaluating growth drivers, enabling them to succeed in complex environments. Your work as a member of the team will include managing multinational pre-transaction due diligence, partner assessment and compliance due diligence, assisting with client development in GCNA, and identifying sources of reputational and integrity risk.
Senior Consultants are responsible for producing clear, analytical and exceptionally well-written reports that effectively communicate findings to clients. They achieve this by combining information obtained through OSINT research with information obtained from interviews and their own analysis. Act as Project Leader for due diligence projects, managing multiple projects at any one time, having close involvement in the development of report findings, analysis and structure and managing all aspects of project administration
Produce high-quality reports, including incorporating human intelligence into reports, conveying complex information in a confident, persuasive and accessible manner, conducting research and interviews, as well as producing analysis that goes beyond stage 1 analysis to stage 2 (“so what?”) and helps clients to resolve uncertainty and make decisions
Robust review of junior people’s work to ensure the highest quality standard

About the Job
Hex Technologies Pte Ltd received the Major Payment Institution (MPI) in-principal approval license in July 2024 and, as one of the first custodians to receive the MPI license, the Compliance Officer (CO) will responsible for day-to-day compliance works and operations in our Singapore office and help ensure compliance risks are identified and adequately mitigated in both Singapore and at the Group company level. In addition, the CO will also help with the planning, implementation and oversight of the Governance-related responsibilities of the Compliance department, including but not limited to, reporting requirements for internal and external parties.
Responsibilities:
Manage compliance risk strategies, policies and frameworks at local and group level;
Monitor and assess compliance with the laws, regulations and policies of Singapore and the MAS;
Provide inputs to the Head of Legal & Compliance and management team on ongoing licensing requirements and best practices of processes at group level;
Implementation and processing of compliance controls and risk management activities;
Manage regulatory reporting;
Direct reporting to the Head of Legal and Compliance;
Carry out awareness briefing and staff training on regulatory requirements, company policies and procedures;

Relevant experience as a MLRO/Deputy MLRO highly preferred;
Familiar with the Payment Services Act particularly PSN01 and PSN02, and related regulatory requirements issued by the MAS;
Bachelor in Business, Accounting, Finance, Legal, or other relevant discipline;
Advanced degrees of certifications (e.g. CAMS, ICA, CCAS) are a plus;
Effective communication and interpersonal skills;

Control Risks is currently looking to hire a Head of Security to support a global banking client and assume responsibility for the physical security of the client's offices and other commercial premises within Hong Kong.
As the Country level leader of physical security, the successful candidate will act as the key point of contact for operational security matters and will require excellent communication and account management skills to engage positively and proactively with stakeholders at all levels of the bank.
We are excited to hear from suitably qualified candidates, currently based in Hong Kong, with experience gained in a commercial security, law enforcement, or a facilities management background with prior security responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of direct employees and vendors responsible for the physical security of branches, offices, and other facilities within country.
On a routine basis, monitor security personnel and security system performance to ensure all security, safety and compliance requirements are met, including service delivery of all security related vendors.
Devise local procedures for access control, CCTV surveillance and alarm monitoring in alignment with global and local standards.
Ensure in-country security system maintenance, minor project works, and software/hardware upgrades are executed in alignment with bank stakeholder requirements, global and local standards.
Manage security and safety incidents, follow-up investigation and reporting to all stakeholders.
Conduct local risk assessments, makes recommendations on physical security measures and implements them in accordance with global and local standards.
Ensure security training, certification, tests & drills are periodically conducted, and records maintained.
Keep senior level management informed on key issues, risks and incidents.
High School Diploma or above.
4-6 years prior commercial security and/or law enforcement related experience. Candidates from a Facilities Management background with prior security responsibilities will be considered.
Proven managerial and leadership ability.
Excellent communicator at all levels of the organisation
Able to comprehend and interpret most business documents.
Able to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues.
Able to write reports and manuals.
Able to make effective and persuasive presentations on security training, concepts, and procedures to both staff, public groups and senior management stakeholders.
Able to forecast and prepare annual budgets, including basic financial analysis to support justification of security expenditure.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel.
Excellent understanding of the operation of Access Control, CCTV & Burglar Alarm systems.
Basic knowledge of IP networks.
Good written and oral English. Fluency in Cantonese is preferred.
