About the job
The Office & Administration Manager organizes and coordinates office administration and procedures, ensuring organisational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety - reflecting the Company’s professional standards at all times. He/she is also responsible for communications relating to office protocols, streamlining the related administrative procedures, managing stationery and pantry inventory (from budget to payment), and coordination of any associated service providers.
Responsibilities
Owns the office administration tasks that ensure smooth & efficient day-to-day workplace operations.
Coverage of the reception desk, greeting of guests and directing them appropriately.
Manages the relationship with Building Office Management, and/or other related suppliers & vendors.
Monitors inventory around the office, and coordinates the timely ordering of related supplies.

Hex Technologies Pte Ltd received the Major Payment Institution (MPI) in-principal approval license in July 2024 and, as one of the first custodians to receive the MPI license, the Compliance Officer (CO) will responsible for day-to-day compliance works and operations in our Singapore office and help ensure compliance risks are identified and adequately mitigated in both Singapore and at the Group company level. In addition, the CO will also help with the planning, implementation and oversight of the Governance-related responsibilities of the Compliance department, including but not limited to, reporting requirements for internal and external parties.
Responsibilities:
Manage compliance risk strategies, policies and frameworks at local and group level;
Monitor and assess compliance with the laws, regulations and policies of Singapore and the MAS;
Provide inputs to the Head of Legal & Compliance and management team on ongoing licensing requirements and best practices of processes at group level;
Implementation and processing of compliance controls and risk management activities;
Manage regulatory reporting;
Direct reporting to the Head of Legal and Compliance;
Carry out awareness briefing and staff training on regulatory requirements, company policies and procedures;

Review marketing materials prior to publication;

Relevant experience as a MLRO/Deputy MLRO highly preferred;
Familiar with the Payment Services Act particularly PSN01 and PSN02, and related regulatory requirements issued by the MAS;

Principal Accountabilities:
Prepare marketing and promotional materials.
Manage the brand social media platforms and contents creation.
Support on the planning and execution of new product launch plan. Co-ordinate with retailers and third parties on promotions’ planning and execution.
Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure counter activations and visual merchandising are properly executed.
Consolidate and analyze sales data for reporting.
Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
At least 1-2 years working experience in the sales & marketing of beauty, FMCG, retail, or related industries
Able to collaborate well with team members
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

About the Role
We're now looking for a dynamic Bartender to join Pirata, our flagship Italian rooftop restaurant on Hennessy Road.
You will work alongside a supervisor, and prepare cocktails and other beverages in a timely fashion within a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and bar. You will also make the guests feel welcome and attend to any requests.

Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare drinks promptly up to company standards
Assist guests with drinks choices, providing knowledgeable recommendations as and when needed
Ensure the bar is fully stocked and ready for service
Maintain bar area cleanliness to required standards
Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
Sense of responsibility within your role
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Fluency in English is a must; other languages are advantageous
Experience working in hospitality is beneficial
