Hex Technologies Pte Ltd received the Major Payment Institution (MPI) in-principal approval license in July 2024 and, as one of the first custodians to receive the MPI license, the Compliance Officer (CO) will responsible for day-to-day compliance works and operations in our Singapore office and help ensure compliance risks are identified and adequately mitigated in both Singapore and at the Group company level. In addition, the CO will also help with the planning, implementation and oversight of the Governance-related responsibilities of the Compliance department, including but not limited to, reporting requirements for internal and external parties.
Responsibilities:
Manage compliance risk strategies, policies and frameworks at local and group level;
Monitor and assess compliance with the laws, regulations and policies of Singapore and the MAS;
Provide inputs to the Head of Legal & Compliance and management team on ongoing licensing requirements and best practices of processes at group level;
Implementation and processing of compliance controls and risk management activities;
Manage regulatory reporting;
Direct reporting to the Head of Legal and Compliance;
Carry out awareness briefing and staff training on regulatory requirements, company policies and procedures;

Review marketing materials prior to publication;

Regulatory exposure to the MAS or commensurate overseas regulator;
Relevant experience as a MLRO/Deputy MLRO highly preferred;
Familiar with the Payment Services Act particularly PSN01 and PSN02, and related regulatory requirements issued by the MAS;

As a Supervisor, you will supervise employees during your shift and make sure that they complete their tasks and are motivated to work effectively. You will act as a reference point for employees and customers, and be ready to fix problems that occasionally arise. You will also make the guests feel welcome and attend to any requests.

Duties & Responsibilities
Manage guest needs and enhance guest satisfaction
Ensure all company standards are met during service
Lead a team to ensure smooth set up of the restaurant before and after shifts
Leading fellow floor staff under the direction of management
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Server
Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
Sense of responsibility within your role
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous
Experience working in hospitality is beneficial

We’re now looking for an enthusiastic Reception Supervisor to join Pirata, our flagship Italian rooftop restaurant on Hennessy Road.
As a Reception Supervisor, you will be working alongside a team of receptionists and be responsible for maintaining the show-readiness of the reception while preserving orderliness and smooth guest flow. You will work alongside the Events & Reservations Manager, welcome guests, handle bookings, complaints, and guests enquiries in a prompt, efficient, and polite manner.
You will be fully responsible for all aspects of running a high-volume, high quality operation. You will ensure that your team is well trained and motivated, and is consistent in delivering an informed and friendly guest experience.

Duties & Responsibilities
Work with a team of receptionists
Maintain the show-readiness of the reception
Ensure order at all times and the dependable delivery of reception services such as coat check, bag check and phone charging
Greet and manage guests’ needs to enhance guest satisfaction
Facilitate smooth guest flow
Partner closely with the floor team in managing tables efficiently to optimise covers and turns
Ensure all company standards are met during service
Set up the reception desk before shifts
Answer calls for booking and event enquiries
1+ years experience as a Receptionist or Host in a highly regarded restaurant
Fluency in English is a must, fluency in Cantonese is highly beneficial
Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
