Responsibilities:
- Handle the PO processes and ensure the submission from departments complying with supply chain policy
- Monitor the PO status and ensure on-time delivery of materials or services
- Coordinate with the end-user and suppliers of purchasing requests
- Involve in supplier quality assessment, internal control, and other supply chain compliances
- Participate in Supply Chain Projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above in Procurement/Supply Chain Management/Business Administration or related disciplines
- 1-year experience or above on supply chain aspects especially in procurement, fresh graduate will also be considered
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
- Proficient PC skills in MS office, familiar with Oracle system is preferred
- Possess can do attitude and proactive
