In this role, you will be a crucial part of the company’s growth and will work closely with Head of Finance.
What you’ll do
Be a business partner to Management and provide insightful financial advice for better and faster decision making
Dealing with all sorts of financial planning and analysis work, including Budget vs Actual analysis, topline and opex forecast (and re-forecasting), topic deep-dive, efficiency check and follow ups
Identify tools to automate workflow to enhance efficiency and allow better inter-department collaboration
Prepare financial and management reports to senior management and investors
Partner with stakeholders to support financial analysis whenever required

About the role
We are looking for a candidate who is responsible and detailed minded with preferably 1-2 years experience in SME / commercial banking. In this role, you would work closely with Manager, Client Coverage / Vice President, Business Development to promote the trade finance solutions, assist in client onboarding with performing KYC/ AML due diligence as well as having close collaboration with different departments for customer onboarding. Aside from that, providing support to senior management as in reporting and managing the customer portfolio is expected.
What you need to do
Assisting Manager, Client Coverage / Vice President, Business Development in customer onboarding from product introduction, credit approval and compliance due diligence, to loan agreement execution and credit limit activation
Continuous support of customer enquiries
On-going monitoring of customers’ credit position
Assisting in building pipeline and driving loan book growth
Support senior management for reporting, pipeline management as well as ad-doc tasks assigned
Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Banking or related field is preferred
Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in SME / Commercial Banking for customer onboarding
Responsible and detail-minded in handling customers’ enquiries and internal documentation
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Schedule pest control treatment activities using internal scheduling system, by liaising with field Operations on resource availability, to produce efficient routes that maximize resource capacity
Support Sales team with priority scheduling within routes to drive business growth

Organize and monitor data of correspondence and records by using the internal system

Higher Diploma or above with 1 year working experience / University degree in any disciplines, experience in scheduling or booking in service industry is an advantage
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Planning Executive
Proficient in PC operation, e.g. MS Office and Chinese typing, Google enterprise solutions (Doc, Sheet, Slide)
Fast learner with strong attention to details
Data sensitive, disciplined in maintaining accurate data for scheduling use
Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Spoken and written English proficiency preferred.
Self-motivated with positive working attitude and willing to learn
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
