The role

You will be responsible for operational and customer excellence, training and people development, and financial profitability for a cluster of stores. Through an establishment of a positive culture, clear expectations and policy & procedural implementation, the Area Manager actively engages and collaborates with all stakeholders to develop operational efficiency and scalability.
