About the Role

• Drive and manage Business Line’s short and medium term priorities and be accountable for the business written in accordance to the company policy and standards

Responsibilities:

Perform experience studies to gain insights from claims and lapse experience.
Understand market, regulatory and competitive trends and their developments, produce insights to the business for the implications.
Conduct technical research for product development initiatives.
Develop Business Line strategies and plan with Business Development and deliver Business Line strategies and initiatives base on data-driven insights.
Cascade & manage strategies and targets through Business Line unit scorecard and team target setting.
Manage and track team performance and effectively communicate areas of improvement.
Research and benchmark best practices to seek new ideas from inside and outside the unit / organization and identify innovative solutions
Analyze market / industry trends and changes, utilize visualization tools to synthesis data and draw conclusions to make recommendations for senior management.
Support Business Line strategies implementation and participate in ad-hoc projects.
Contribute to developing a continuous improvement culture across Business Line Operations.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or equivalent;
Insurance/Reinsurance pricing experience of the Hong Kong market is required.
Proven commercial and technical skills in Health & General Insurance product design and pricing.
Strong communications skills

About the Role

Provide oversight of the operational risk profile of the organization and work with the business to identify material risks requiring management attention so as to support the business to make well informed decision by anticipating and mitigating risks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support and coordinate the Operational Risk Committee and other relevant management committees
Partner with risk owners to drive the identification and assessment, management and response, monitoring, and controls of operational risks on key initiatives and projects
Coordinate with risk owners to conduct risk and control assessment, perform independent operational risk assessment and provide quality assurance on the effectiveness of key controls
Assist in preparing regular risks reports to ensure key operational risks are appropriately addressed in Risk Committees

Promote a strong risk awareness and culture through regular communication to staff and distribution channels and delivery of training

About the Role

As a Presales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in providing presales technical support to the Sales team and presenting tailored demonstrations to clients. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to conduct Technical Proof of Concept, Demonstration & Presentation on the supported products & solutions. Our team is seeking a promising candidate to join them.

What You’ll Do

Assist Account/Product Managers in providing presales technical support and delivering deep dive product demonstrations to clients and business partners
Deliver training to partners on products solutions
Prepare and refine technical RFP/RFI responses
Conduct client demonstrations and presentations
Coordinate and manage technical validation events (POC) and assets
Participate in conferences, shows, exhibitions
Recommend and influence market content
Perform other related duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

Knowledge general networking and security technologies including TCP/IP, DNS (UNIX) Admin, switches, routers, and firewalls in Intranet/Internet environments.
Knowledge of vendor products, such as Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba and Sangfor will be an advantage
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
Self-motivated, flexible and sensitive to clients’ needs and concerns
Able to work in a multi-task environment and handle a high volume of requests, specifically unplanned/unscheduled requests.
Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.

具备相关证书，包括但不限于：VCME、HPE ASE、Pure Storage Certifications
具备良好广东话及英语会话能力优先考虑
具备英语电邮沟通经验
曾于跨国企业工作为佳
良好的社交和表达能力，能够简单地表达复杂的技术
诊断和解决技术问题的能力，能自我激励及灵活工作
能够有效地执行多于一项任务并能够处理大量请求
