POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated Crypto Sales Trader to join our dynamic Markets team. You will be responsible for generating revenue by actively trading cryptocurrencies with institutional clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency markets, excellent communication and negotiation skills. Your role will be to focus on client engagement and coverage of our diverse trading products. We’re on the lookout for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, a drive for the results, and the ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage in the trading of cryptocurrencies with institutional clients, such as investment firms, hedge funds, and foundations.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships, seeking out new business opportunities
• Stay on top of market trends, news, and developments in the cryptocurrency industry.
• Offer insights to clients regarding market conditions, investment strategies, and risk management.
• Ensure best execution of client trades, and maintain a high level of client service
• Work alongside sales, custody, and operations, to offer comprehensive solutions and address client needs.
• Contribute to meeting revenue goals, and performance metrics
• Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, trades, and transactions.
• Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and collaboration

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Some experience or a strong interest crypto trading, or experience in a similar role within the financial industry.
• Experience trading on Centralized Exchanges (CEX) and Decentralized Exchanges (DEX)
• Strong interest in cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and the wider financial markets.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze market data and understand trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for creating strong client connections 
• Familiarity with using trading platforms, order management systems, and other relevant trading software tools is beneficial
• The capacity to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A commitment to integrity and adhering to ethical business standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Business Development – AIA Agency to perform supervisory duties;
• Lead the sales team to achieve Company’s business targets as well as manage the team, which includes training, coaching, motivating, monitoring subordinates and  streamlining their sales workflows to achieve individual sales targets;
• Develop and establish new sales distribution channels as well as maintain good relationship with clients and business partners;

Requirements

• Sales oriented, positive and can work under pressure;

The Human Resources Associate will work in support of the Regional HR Business Partners to enhance operations and effectiveness across a broad variety of HR strategies and cyclical processes. This role will help prepare, track and monitor work and projects across all activities of the HR Business Partner team.

This role will provide an excellent opportunity for broad-based learning of best-in-class strategic approaches to engaging, managing, and developing our human capital. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

• Tactical support to Regional HRBPs to execute HR processes including talent management, engagement surveys, performance management, diversity, mobility

• Play a key role in extracting and organizing data for insights in support of a variety of initiatives, including but not limited to, headcount management, diversity & inclusion, talent and performance management, and ongoing audit and management of team data.

Qualifications:
