Collecting Cars, which launched in 2019, offers buyers and sellers a new way to transact online. It enables a much faster route to market than traditional auctions as well as dramatically reducing the costs involved, charging zero fees to the seller.
Launched in 2021 with the same principles of ‘lean’ auctions that are fast to list and sell, the Watch Collecting platform brought new energy to this enthusiast market.

The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a growing, diverse team that’s currently shaking up the luxury watch market. You’ll help develop and qualify new opportunities for Watch Collecting, generating, qualifying and driving lead generation, whilst delivering excellent outcomes with both sellers and collectors locally and internationally.
With your customer-centric approach and CRM experience, you’ll be able to bring your sales acumen to a collaborative team, where you’ll gain exposure to luxury brands (including Rolex, Patek Phillipe, Vacheron Constantin), whilst contributing to revenue growth and product development.
- You have prior experience within a professional sales based role – you’re comfortable generating leads for ~80% of your time
- You’re comfortable working towards business development and opportunities created KPI’s
- Relationship building – you love getting to know people and developing long-term relationships
- Initiative-taking – you’re results oriented and like to lean on your excellent communication skills
- Adaptable – you’re motivated to learn new skills and develop your career, whilst building out your understanding of the Watch Collecting value proposition
- You’ve worked with a CRM before, and have familiarity with the MS Office suite
- Knowledge of luxury watch brands is preferred, but not mandatory
- Knowledge of the watch market and pricing is desirable
- You're fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin and English
