- Perform receptionist duties including handling phone calls, mailing, greeting/serving clients and visitors in good manner
- Provide all-round office administration support and prepare monthly reports such as petty cash record and filing, etc.
- Handle office equipment maintenance, office supplies procurement and vehicle licenses renewal
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.
- 1-2 years of solid experience in office administration
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in Putonghua will be preferred.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in PC skills including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
