The role
We are excited to invite a motivated and talented professional to join our Hong Kong team as a Marketing and E-Commerce Associate. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the digital success and growth of our high-end brands, working closely with our Managing Director.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and optimizing our e-commerce platforms to ensure seamless operations.
- Creating and implementing strategic marketing plans to boost our brands' online presence.
- Overseeing the development and management of content, including product descriptions, images, and promotional materials.
- Collaborating with external partners, such as digital agencies and tech providers, to enhance our e-commerce efforts.
- Handling customer inquiries and ensuring outstanding customer service throughout their journey.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, and best practices

- Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies is a plus
