Our client are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Senior/ Admin & Secretary Officer to support the sales team in executing various sales initiatives and administrative tasks.
This position requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Candidate who is looking for a good stability is preferred.
Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing and distributing documents, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records. Communication and Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and timely execution of marketing projects. Facilitate communication, gather feedback, and provide updates on project status. Budget Tracking: Assist in monitoring and tracking budgets and expenditures, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets and reporting any discrepancies or variances to the manager.
Qualifications and Skills: Higher diploma in Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in an administrative or secretary role Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
