The role 

You will be responsible for continuously delighting and exciting the LB community through our thoughtful assortment and superb merchandising strategy and implementation. Reporting directly to our Senior Director, Buying & Merchandising, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Love, Bonito through our exhilarating scale-up season.

Main responsibilities

• Drive and implement merchandising strategies that align with LB identity and DNA, target market, seasonal trends and sales forecasts
• Research and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities and risks in the market
• Partner with Buying to place initial buys and lead on allocations across country channels
• Monitor inventory levels and sales performance to make informed decisions about product assortments, reorder quantities, and markdown strategies
• Analyse sales performance to identify opportunities and make timely adjustments; detailed reporting and sharing with country and channel regional teams
• Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, visual merchandisers and retail area managers to ensure that products are displayed effectively to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience
• Partner with marketing on product launches, promotions, and campaigns to maximise visibility and generate excitement around new arrivals and key fashion trends
• Monitor inventory levels, turnover rates, and sell-through percentages to optimise stock levels and minimise excess inventory and markdowns
• Implement inventory control measures, such as stock replenishment, allocation and transfers, to ensure that stores have adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
• Works closely with Planning team to Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and implement strategies to minimise markdowns, clear end of life and liquidate excess inventory to suitable partners or organisations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including buying, planning, marketing, e-commerce, retail and VM, to align merchandising strategies with overall business objectives.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to share insights, coordinate activities, and address any issues or challenges related to merchandise planning and execution.

About The Role

The Location Manager will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experience to hundreds of members and visitors, and driving a smooth-running operation for the assigned location. • Support of campaigns, including daily campaign pacing, optimisation, and campaign hygiene
• Ensuring platform accounts are compliant with our defined best practices
• Responsible for producing reports, including data inputting and suggesting insights
• Publishing requests for proposals (RFPs) for relevant channels. This may involve either sending them to clients, or potential clients getting in touch with proposals
• Responsible for sending publisher contracts [i.e. insertion orders (IOs)] for relevant channels
• Assist with internal data maintenance, issue identification and solution development

THE SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in a Media/Advertising or a related field preferred
• Ideally 4 years + experience in performance marketing in agency
• Experience in media buying, i.e. hands on platform experience across Google Ads, Business Manager, DV360, CM360, etc.
• Solid knowledge on cross channel media activation (SEM/Social/Display etc)
• A passion for everything digital, with an active interest and understanding of online advertising industry trends
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Great analysis skills (including quantitative analysis) and proven critical thinking capability
• Adaptable and able to flex with changes in prioritisation to meet new or changed goals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

The Role

As our Operations Manager, you will be the person who reads the statistics, analyses, identifies pain points or improvements, and brianstorm strategic solutions to improve existing products or business processes. You will work with the Product, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing and customer-facing teams to operate and meaningfully improve key practices. The key focus is on bringing insights to different teams for user growth, user conversion and improving the overall customer experience.

Role Summary

We are presently recruiting for a Senior Associate (Japan focused) in the Active Equities Asia department in our Hong Kong office.  Reporting to the Japan domain lead of Active Equities Asia, the incumbent will be a key contributor to scaling our portfolio, lead investment research, develop and communicate investment recommendations in our long/short strategy.

Role Specific Accountabilities:

Analyze and communicate Investment Opportunities

• Lead the research and evaluate investment opportunities in Japan
• Lead due diligence on opportunities – including financial, company and sector diligence, to determine investment merits and risks.
• Oversee the building of dynamic financial and valuation models to analyze expected returns of investment opportunities, test assumptions and perform sensitivity analysis.
• Perform valuation analysis of companies’ securities,
•  Perform the relative ranking of investment opportunities to optimize exposures within the portfolio.
• Present investment recommendations to thought partners and investment committees.

Asset Management

• Analyze and communicate company earnings and events that move share prices.
• Monitor ongoing financial performance of portfolio assets. Oversee the update of financial models and other analysis tools to help with communicating rationale behind change in investment view.
• Performing valuation reviews for portfolio assets.
• Build and leverage relationships with industry participants and management teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Senior Manager, Group Finance in managing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing accurate financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly consolidation process and conduct analysis.
• Ensure compliance of financial reports with relevant accounting standards and Group policies.
• Oversee and reconcile intercompany accounts, promptly addressing discrepancies.
• Participate in month-end and year-end close processes to meet reporting timelines.
