• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing, ideally with exposure to digital and field marketing in the Greater China Region.
• Proficiency in managing digital campaigns and working with SEO and event management agencies.
• Strong understanding of data analytics and tracking tools for channel attribution.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for executing the yearly marketing plan, as ‘Day to Day’ digital marketing contact for all cross functional business partners and stakeholders

· Fully responsible for all marketing activities across all channels in Japan market

• Participate on APAC strategic marketing initiatives for AEO including, but not limited to segmentation strategies, growth strategies, and promotional strategies, hind-sighting and planning of future online marketing programs, customer acquisition and retention strategies and digital marketing tests

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) as well as hindsights to consider for future campaigns

• Execute all web, social, email and display advertising campaigns and updates

o Serve as day-to-day contact coordinating all digital creative updates and requests

o Coordinate projects and concepts between the e-commerce team and digital vendors, as well as the US home office team

o Responsible for reviewing the first assessment of creative options

o Facilitation and management of timelines, kick offs and art review meetings for all executional elements

o Coordination with creative design, marketing, merchandising, planning, and operation team

• Lead the graphic designer and to ensure creative approval process with US team

• Other projects and responsibilities as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

• 6+ years relevant experience, including digital marketing & e-commerce marketing, preferably in fashion / retail industry

• Excellent spoken and written English skills

• Solid experience in building website traffic and driving brand awareness via digital marketing initiatives

• Good interpersonal, communication, project management and writing skills

• Propose new content/ campaign ideas, both contextual and new marketing mediums
• Take the lead in suggesting and communicating with KOL’s to drive engagement across Common Grounds social platforms
• Working in partnership with the Art team, support the creation of in-house visual content (Graphic & Video)
• Attend events to capture content for Common Grounds social media channels and to support event organisers 

• University Degree holder in Marketing, communications, or any related discipline preferred
• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience would be ideal, however, graduates with a portfolio are welcome to apply
• Creative, solution-oriented and fast learner
