- Provide clerical and administrative support to sales team
- Introduce company's products to customers by phone
- Handle potential customer cases and enquiries in professional manner
- Perform contracting review and checking
- Monitor loan amount transaction
- Follow-up and liaise with relevant parties in application process when necessary
- Prepare various reports and letters as requested
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by direct supervisor
- Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in any discipline, or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years’ working experience in sales support and administration
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Able to manage multi-tasking and committed to meet deadlines
- Proactive, detail-minded and commit to the job
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word and Powerpoint, with fast typing speed (Chinese and English)
- Sound knowledge of Loan products
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
