About the Role:
As a Growth Manager, you will take ownership of multi-channel performance marketing strategies with a strong focus on Meta and Google Ads. You’ll drive creative and performance strategies that enhance user engagement, increase traffic, and drive conversions. You will be responsible for managing funnels, executing content and ad strategies, and improving conversion rates through data-driven insights and CRO testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies across Meta, Google, Youtube and other relevant platforms.
Day-to-day management and optimize ROAS for Meta ads
Setup, review and optimize ad performance daily and advise the content and creative teams to maximize content strategy.
Create and execute content strategies for creative content briefs and audience expansion
Lead A/B testing initiatives for creative content, landing pages, and workflows, ensuring continual optimization for CRO.
Analyze Google Analytics 4 data to improve growth strategies and funnel optimizations.
Perform keyword research and maintain the balance of formats and content types to drive scalable results within tight timeframes.
Collaborate with internal teams to align ad strategies with funnel objectives and broader marketing goals.
Innovate new ideas to improve processes and test strategies for scaling initiatives efficiently.
Track weekly and monthly channel performance and prepare data reports.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and reports

3-5 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing with multi-channel expertise (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
Strong knowledge of Meta Ad Manager and Google Analytics.
Expertise in funnel management, A/B testing, CRO, and scaling performance marketing strategies.
Proven track record in executing successful campaigns focused on conversions, traffic growth, and audience engagement.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and optimize accordingly.
Experience working in D2C or e-commerce environments is a plus.
Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

We are seeking a Financial Reporting Assistant Manager with expertise in both IFRS and US GAAP to join our dynamic finance team. This role will directly report to the Senior Manager of Group Finance and will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate must possess strong critical thinking skills, be proactive in problem-solving, and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Supervise and review the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
Ensure financial reports comply with IFRS, US GAAP, and Group policies.
Oversee intercompany account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Manage month-end and year-end close processes to meet reporting deadlines.
Collaborate with the Group finance team on consolidation activities and data accuracy.
Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Monitor compliance with evolving accounting regulations and internal financial policies.
Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency in financial reporting.
Support special projects, system implementations, and process enhancements.

4+ years of relevant experience, with a mandatory audit background in a Big 4 accounting firm.
Strong knowledge and practical experience with IFRS and US GAAP, including familiarity with the FASB Accounting Standards Codification (ASC).
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are crucial for navigating complex financial scenarios and providing effective solutions.
Experience in managing or mentoring junior staff is a plus, as this role may involve leadership responsibilities.
Familiarity with financial systems and ERP software, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365, is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in preparing and reviewing consolidated financial statements.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to oversee all legal matters and ensure compliance with the legal updates and obligations of a listed company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in dealing with the legal requirements of a publicly traded company, preferably on NASDAQ, and possess a deep understanding of corporate law, securities regulation, and corporate governance. Less experienced candidates would be considered for the Senior Legal Counsel role.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate, securities, and regulatory matters related to the company’s status as a NASDAQ-listed entity.
Ensure compliance with all applicable securities laws, regulations, and reporting requirements, including the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, SEC filings, and NASDAQ listing rules.
Oversee the preparation and submission of periodic reports, proxy statements, and other SEC filings.

Licensed to practice law in a common law jurisdiction, such as Hong Kong or England, Malaysia. A big plus for candidates with US Bar.
A minimum of 10 years of legal experience, with at least 3 years of experience in a publicly traded company, preferably on NASDAQ or NYSE.
In-depth knowledge of securities laws, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
Proven experience in preparing and submitting exchange filings and reports, especially SEC filings and reports.
Strong understanding of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other strategic initiatives.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
