Main responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership:

• Meet sales goals by leading, managing, mentoring, and providing feedback to a team of full-time and part-time retail associates

• Being the first point of contact for visitors coming to the office
• Operate and manage a full spectrum of office service/daily operations for the office
• Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings and events
• Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets and expenses
• Support office relocation and renovation project
• Handle the procurement of the operational needs of administration functions
• Liaise with relevant vendors, contractors, and other service providers
• Organize staff activities and company events
• Other ad hoc duties as requested

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Professional and discreet with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall HR operations and functions of the organization
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and job offers
• Manage employee benefits and compensation, including payroll administration and leave management
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
• Coordinate and conduct training and development programs for employees
• Manage employee engagement initiatives and events
• Ensure HR data accuracy and maintain HR records and documentation
• Provide HR advice and support to management and employees

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR roles
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws and regulations
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Solid knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
