About the Role

General Management

Delivery Management

• Support AIA+ Business Lead to drive AIA+ delivery management. Provide support on all AIA+ features management and enables PPO delivery prioritization with the business agreed framework
• Support the applications development/ deployment and delivery coordination including user UAT, L&C, production escalation, service level management, customer experience and key features reporting
• Platform strategic governance and roadmap management
• Implementation management including solution execution and coordinate user UAT with business functions, regulatory and non-regulatory clearance etc
• Conducts regular pre and post implementation reviews and make adjustments to stay relevant with the real situation
• Assist in App business performance reporting and monitoring including KPI co-design with business functions, KPI reviews and reporting to Exco/SteerCo communication

Minimum Job Requirements:

About the Role

• Investment Strategy: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support the investment strategy of AIMHK to manage multi-manager & fund-of-funds products. Perform global and local macroeconomic research and formulate investment strategies for fund-of-funds portfolios.

• Daily portfolio management across fund-of-funds portfolios on AIAHK’s MPF, ORSO and ILAS platforms.
• Deliver outperformance against benchmark and peer group median
• Ensure portfolios are in compliance with relevant regulations and internal guidelines.
• Monitor HKD exposure and manage FX hedge across portfolios.
• Assist trade execution on fund-of-funds portfolios, post-trading and portfolio monitoring.

Funds Monitoring and Evaluation:

Conduct quantitative and qualitative fund evaluation to:

• Identify and select well-performing funds for AIMHK managed multi-manager products to enhance investment performance.

• Assess ESG metrics of the funds  

Support Product Development

• Identify appropriate investment opportunities according to the investment policy and objectives.
• Conduct fund manager search to support new product

Stakeholder Management:

• Establish good rapport with stakeholders within AIA Group, including AIAHK (e.g. ILAS & MPF teams), Group Investment (e.g. TAA & External Managers teams) and AIAIM in Singapore. 
• Provide investment & fund related supports to the investment, MPF and ILAS teams of AIAHK. 

Ad Hoc Projects:

• Enhance existing investment operational flow and controls
• Enhance hedging arrangement

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Experience in managing public funds for reputation financial institutions.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in investment research, quantitative finance and/or asset management. Candidates with more years of experience will be considered as Associate Director level.
• Postgraduate qualification in Finance, Economics or quantitative-related subjects.
• Investment-related professional qualification (e.g. CFA, FRM or CAIA).
• Holders of SFC license 1, 4 or 9.
