About the role

We are looking for a candidate who is responsible and detailed minded with preferably 1-2 years experience in SME / commercial banking. In this role, you would work closely with Manager, Client Coverage / Vice President, Business Development to promote the trade finance solutions, assist in client onboarding with performing KYC/ AML due diligence as well as having close collaboration with different departments for customer onboarding. Aside from that, providing support to senior management as in reporting and managing the customer portfolio is expected.

• Credit Post Drawdown Monitoring: Conduct ongoing monitoring of clients’ credit positions post drawdown.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Trade Finance Operation Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our trade finance operations. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of trade transactions and a keen eye for detail. • Maintain Compliance and Governance Framework: Reporting to and assisting the Compliance Manager under Legal & Compliance Division of Credit and Risk Department to establish and maintain compliance and governance

• AML Risk Review: Review AML risk on new clients onboarding , trigger event and periodic review cases.

Requirements

• Responsible for trade pre-matching / settlement in APAC markets
• Liaise with agent banks, brokers, sales and trading desk to follow up any potential fails prior to settlement date
