POSITION OVERVIEW

• You will be a part of Third Bridge’s Client Services Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use external tools to identify the most relevant individuals to take part in 1:1 consultations with our clients. (Relevant experts are often C-level executives working at the heart of their industries.)

• Make cold calls to relevant experts to explain the opportunity and persuade them to take part in a consultation with our client.

• Arrange for interpreters, assist specialists to complete pre-consultation processes.

• Keep accurate records of communications by using our intranet systems.

• Execute legal proceedings as instructed by supervisor ranging from information gathering to liaising with the solicitors to ensure the progress is on schedule and on the right track
• Review all legal documents of the Company vetted by solicitors
• Preferred with knowledge of perusal of commercial contract
• Follow-up with existing customers on loan repayment and redemption in professional and integrity way
• Keep good filing works of the legal documents

• Diploma in Legal Studies is highly preferred, or equivalent qualifications, as well as HKQF level 3
• At least 2 years of legal working experience in litigation and/ or conveyancing matters or relevant field

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to oversee all legal matters and ensure compliance with the legal updates and obligations of a listed company. • Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Programming Skills: Proficient in Python, Rust, or C++. Experience with financial modeling or algorithmic development is highly valued.
• Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex market data.
• Knowledge of Financial Markets: Understanding of financial markets and instruments, with a specific interest in cryptocurrencies and trading.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to synthesize complex information and ideas into digestible written form

Duties & Responsibilities

• Engage in the complete design cycle, from research and ideation to execution
• Collaborate with various teams and report to the Marketing Manager
• Adhere to our brand guidelines while designing sales & marketing materials
• Create designs across diverse media based on creative briefings
• Juggle between teams and projects, adapting to varying specifications
• Familiarize with the business needs and design accordingly

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Strong grasp of design fundamentals, layout, and typography
• Openness to constructive criticism and feedback
• Ability to work independently and lead when necessary
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Knowledge of design tools including Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator
• Understanding of design methodologies, user-experience/interface design, and corporate identity/branding
• Additional preference: Web design knowledge and experience in Webflow

• Execute legal proceedings as instructed by supervisor ranging from information gathering to liaising with the solicitors to ensure the progress is on schedule and on the right track
• Review all legal documents of the Company vetted by solicitors
• Preferred with knowledge of perusal of commercial contract
• Follow-up with existing customers on loan repayment and redemption in professional and integrity way
• Keep good filing works of the legal documents

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
• At least 5 years of legal working experience in litigation and/ or conveyancing matters or relevant field
• Self-motivated, attentive to details with strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Candidate with experience/ knowledge in legal documents including but not limited to court documents (i.e. pleadings, judgement and legal research), land search, mortgage and discharge will be an added advantage
