Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and implement marketing plans for the group to support related promotional campaign and achieve business target.
• Develop and implement online and offline sales events and products promotions to drive traffic sales in both retail stores.
• Work closely with sales and retail operations teams to ensure effectiveness of optimize visual merchandising strategies including compelling in-store displays, signage and promotional materials.
• Plan and manage CRM campaigns to improve member acquisition, retention, and other business objectives.

Our Key Account Manager role will see you directly impact sales for Link Healthcare in our Hong Kong operations and across the South East Asia region. Vita Green Group is looking for an HR Operations Manager with a specialization in Compensation & Benefits and a proven track record in regional HR operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in designing and implementing efficient HR processes that support our diverse workforce across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the HR operations team to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services, including payroll, benefits administration, HRIS, and employee data management.
• Develop and oversee a comprehensive C&B strategy that is competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company's goals and regional differences.
• Conduct regular market benchmarking and analysis to ensure our C&B offerings are attractive and retain top talent.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR Operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role focusing on Compensation & Benefits.
• Strong background in regional HR operations, with a deep understanding of varying employment laws and practices.
• Demonstrated experience in managing HRIS and payroll systems, with a preference for candidates who have overseen implementations or upgrades.
