We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months.
Mission: Drive informed decision making within the COO’s organization by turning data from our Accounting, Corporate Secretary, FinTech and Compliance operations into actionable insights that improve the robustness and profitability of Sleek’s operations.
Outcomes:
1/ Data reliability Ensuring that your analysis is at least 90% accurate, with clear understanding and explanation of what causes the 10% gap.
2/ Dashboard creation and management - Visualizing data in Looker Studio or Tableau, in a way that is clear and concise - Calculation of metrics are to be consistent with existing dashboards - Dashboards are to be prototyped with the end user in Google Sheets before created - Efficient/ scalable solutions to be proposed to ensure long-term sustainability of dashboards - Dashboard usage is to be reviewed every quarter those with low utilization are to be archived
3/ Documentation Ensure all key metrics and calculations are clearly documented in Google Docs and pinned/ linked in our internal Wiki or Slack channels. Language should be accessible to other Data Analysts and non-technical stakeholders.
4/ Data quality recommendations Work with Tech, Product and Data Engineers to ensure data pipelines are robust and efficient, so that Big Query is maintained as best as possible.
5/ Collaborate with other Data Analysts Even though you’ll be embedded within the functional team and working independently, you’ll need to contribute to an inclusive, friendly, knowledge sharing culture with other DAs, so that everyone is aware of each other's workstreams/ sprints, challenges and learnings.

We are looking for an Event Operations Executive to join our agile and dynamic team based Hong Kong. This regional role will manage a wide spectrum of virtual events (e.g. Awards, conferences, trainings, bespoke events etc.) hosted by our company’s leading B2B titles, namely Risk.net, FX Markets and WatersTechnology, across Asia Pacific region.
Reporting to Event Operations Manager while working closely with the Events and Marketing Services teams, you must have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate in a clear, professional manner and deliver events within budget and tight timeline. You will handle multiple events concurrently and demonstrate your ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
This role provides excellent exposure in client servicing as you will liaise with sponsors and vendors closely with your strong negotiation skills. You must be passionate about identifying new solutions for better event experiences.
Responsibilities
Event Execution: In-Person and Virtual
Conduct vendor research and get quotations
Map out project timelines and set clear deadlines
Gather marketing collateral to develop content on virtual event platforms and distribution at in-person events
Liaise with the AV vendor on the event logistics
Provide technical support prior to event and on the day
Prepare post-event report and data analysis
Manage individual project P&Ls and keep track of all expenses
External Client Liaison
Guide sponsors through the virtual event process and offer practical advice
Coordinate video content creation between sponsors and video editors
Strategic Support
Research the latest event technology in the market and share new platform alternatives that suit the business needs
1-2 working experience preferably in event / project management
Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Excellent time management and strong budget management skills
Ability to handle multiple projects within tight timeline and work well under pressure

We are currently recruiting for an Associate/ Senior Associate for the Private Equity Asia (PEA) group with a focus on direct private equity investments. Located in our Hong Kong office and reporting to Managing Director, the Associate/ Senior Associate plays a key role in making direct investments in the Asia Pacific region.
Role-specific Accountabilities
Work with team to grow CPP Investments’ private equity business in Asia by contributing in investment origination, execution, asset management and team talent development
Support investment origination by conducting industry and company research, contributing to development of potential investment themes, identifying attractive investment targets, building sector knowledge and network over-time
Work with team and support the development of investment thesis and risks
Lead execution of small co-investments or major work stream for large, complex investment opportunities, including working independently or leading junior team members to conduct market research, competitive analysis, management team assessment, regulatory trend study, financial performance and return analysis etc. In particular, the candidate needs to have the capability of construct financial models for various deal opportunities from minority investments to leveraged buy-out transactions
Manage and work with 3rd party advisors, when relevant to drive due diligence insights. Work with company management/manage relations to achieve differentiated investment angles
Contribute to investment recommendation and approval process, including drafting investment recommendations, presenting to investment committees and answering committee questions
Support the negotiation and execution of agreements and other transaction-related legal documentation
Contribute to PEA’s asset management efforts by monitoring on-going financial performance of portfolio companies, participating in specific value creation initiatives when appropriate, reviewing valuations of portfolio companies periodically, coordinating with other internal groups on asset management related matters
Support the management and enhancement of relationships with key stakeholders, including investment partners, advisors and portfolio management teams etc.
