We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our R&D team in Hong Kong or China. This role is crucial for driving our product development, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring the highest standards of performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecture design, a deep understanding of communication technologies, and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities

1. Diagnose product issues and drive architectural improvements and implementations.

2. Optimize service performance within a cloud-native architecture, focusing on middleware, databases, and application systems.

3. Design and architect large-scale distributed systems, such as:

Databases capable of storing billions of messages
Systems ensuring low latency message delivery (e.g., 100-1000 messages per second)

4. Develop an enterprise service performance optimization system leveraging cloud technologies.

5. Participate in technical operations and drive product iterations.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in a computer-related field with more than 8 years of software development experience.

2. Proficient in MySQL and MongoDB.

3. Familiar with other relational databases such as DM and PG, and NoSQL databases like Redis; able to choose the appropriate database for different scenarios.

4. Skilled in using performance analysis and debugging tools to identify and analyze application service performance bottlenecks efficiently.

5. Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Go; solid understanding of computer theory and experience in virtual machine tuning.

6. Knowledgeable about middleware such as Redis, MySQL, ZooKeeper, Kafka, ELK, etc.

7. Experienced in various design patterns and leading the development of large-scale distributed backend services, including strategies for current limiting, disaster recovery, and downgrading.

8. Practical experience and optimization skills in microservice architecture within large-scale cloud environments.

9. Familiarity with Linux, containers, and Kubernetes.

10. Understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP and HTTP.

11. Preferably has experience with Instant Messaging (IM) systems, including design, development, and maintenance.

Experience in the finance or fintech industry, preferably with exposure to trade finance products.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed product decisions.

Responsible for the entire project procurement activities from project planning to implementation of analysis, cost benchmarking, strategic sourcing, scheduling, and supply chain risk mitigation.
Work closely with internal stakeholders (R&D, marketing, production & project manager) on NPD/improvement projects, to ensure all items are sourced, produced, delivered on time, meet quality standards, and are within budget.
Ensure compliance with group procurement standards and company policies.
Liaise with demand/supply planning on purchasing needs for goods, forecast, and schedule the purchases with suppliers to ensure timely delivery & inventory needs.
Responsible for supplier management; including reviewing all agreements and managing supplier performance and development.
Cost negotiation with suppliers to meet internal budget and financial expectations to determine the most desirable suppliers.
Conduct spending and market analysis to provide insight, facilitate quality and cost improvement, and identify new suppliers’ procurement opportunities
Design and deliver procurement management reports for strategy formulation and drive continuous process improvements
Propose and implement plans to improve procurement process efficiency
Lead a small team to organize and manage all daily operations and organize new project development & order fulfillment.

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration or related disciplines

At least 5 years of relevant managerial experience in sourcing and procurement management. Knowledge of all sorts of packaging materials will be an advantage.
In-depth knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, and best practices
Experience in managing a cross-functional team
Experience in the retail industry is highly preferred
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
Good knowledge of manufacturing and project management
Familiar with D365, SAP, or other ERP systems is a plus
Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook, TEAM)
Professional certification in CIPS, procurement, or supply chain
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, a team player with a positive attitude, high initiative and integrity

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager for the Greater China region. This role is pivotal in driving our revenue initiatives, managing market-specific strategies, and expanding our presence in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in technology, a deep understanding of the Greater China market, and a proven track record in business development and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation: Perform business development work for the Greater China region.
Market Strategy: Develop and execute geo-specific strategies to grow our market presence in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
Partnership Management: Build and nurture relationships with key partners, including distributors, affiliates, influencers, marketing and ads agencies, system integrators, and e-commerce platforms third-party partners. Leverage partnerships to drive distribution and branding efforts via joint-GTM activities such as events.
Strategic Partnership Management: In addition to developing relationships with distribution partners, you will also support nurturing the relationships with the company's strategic partners.
Experimentation: Run fast, low-cost experiments to test market fit and optimize our go-to-market strategies. Implement viral campaigns, sponsor events, and conduct hyper-local activities to boost brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Customer Engagement: Work closely with existing customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and improve customer satisfaction. Ensure the successful onboarding and support of new customers.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to align on goals and resources. Assist in recruiting and training new team members as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the SaaS/tech industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and sales quotas.
Deep understanding of the Greater China market and experience working in or with Hong Kong and Mainland China.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
