For the Yacht:
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Preparation work with the Captain and yacht crews
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Responsible for procurements the yacht needs (Interior, snacks, and drinks)
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Providing cabin service - meals and bartending
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā General housekeeping and arrange laundry service
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Assist with the paperwork with Captain
Ā
For the Office:
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Welcoming and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Handle coming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Manage the meeting room bookings and coordinate meeting logistics with the IT department
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Assisting with office management tasks, coordinating with the building management team
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Assisting with HR department, not limited to maintain and update staff leave recording, staff onboarding process
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Assist in organizing company activities and events (Annual Dinner, off-site gathering, happy Friday treats)
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Assisting with ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Diploma or above in Business Administration / Hospitality Management or related disciplines
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā At least 1-2 years of working administrative experience
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā At least 2-3 years of working in F&B in Luxury Hotel / Restaurants / Flight Attendants experience is also consideredĀ
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Shift duty is required
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Good commandĀ of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a plus
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Immediate availability is highly preferred
