Job duties: Develop a comprehensive understanding, for all the Asian BUs, of their IT landscapes, modernization ambitions, existing plans, budgets, and key-projects, to identify inconsistencies and possible convergent opportunities. Develop a comprehensive understanding, for all IT disciplines, of the Group and International IT strategies. Support the definition, and operationalization, of the Asian International IT strategy and architecture guidelines, in alignment with the Group IT Strategy, the Asian and the BUs Markets, their trends, regulatory, legal and compliance restrictions, and best practices. Assist the creation of the landscape for the convergent IT architecture, and the respective initiatives and programs, assessing in detail the adequability of some Group initiatives (like cloud adoption, mobile web hub, one finance etc.), to propose their implementation, or an aligned alternative. Contribute by supporting and monitoring the local BUs IT roadmaps, and the execution of the Asian IT International strategy. Support the BUs in preparing the IT topics to be discussed on a quarterly basis in the BSRs, and on other International and Group forums. Requirements: 7+ years’ work experience in Regional PM Operations/IT roles preferably in Insurance, Banking, or consulting. Proven experience in defining APAC IT strategy, in all its disciplines (mainly, architecture, application, infrastructure, budget, controlling, portfolio, DR and business continuity). Previous experience in large scale PMO roles. Good understanding of the Asian IT Market, main vendors and partners. Fluency in English (spoken and written). Good negotiation, influencing, and leadership skills. Strong analytical and conceptual skills. Ability to work independently on complex tasks, with focus on essentials. Ability to manage and leverage diversity and cultural differences across Asia.
