Duties & Responsibilities

• Client acquisitions and revenue generation across our custody and global markets products, such as full custody, staking, trading, and financing solutions
• Lead and own all elements of the sales life cycles: initial scoping, pipeline management, pitching, contract negotiations, and close sales successfully
• Become a subject matter expert in the digital asset ecosystem and assigned products 
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including Business Development, Client Management, Onboarding, Compliance and Product to continuously improve and exceed revenue targets

• 5-10 years of sales, business development, or client-facing experience working with institutional clients from both traditional financial services and digital assets startups

• Ability to negotiate and create strong relationships with both Web 2 and Web 3 institutions

• Working in partnership with the Art team, support the creation of in-house visual content (Graphic & Video)
• Attend events to capture content for Common Grounds social media channels and to support event organisers 

• University Degree holder in Marketing, communications, or any related discipline preferred
• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience would be ideal, however, graduates with a portfolio are welcome to apply
• Creative, solution-oriented and fast learner
• Outstanding communication and organisational skills along with strong attention to detail and deadlines
• Native English speaker, any additional languages would be an advantage
• Interest in video production and graphic design
• Experience in WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads & Facebook Business Manager preferred

Our client a multinational company  is looking for a Sales & Marketing Representative to drive revenue growth, establish strong customer relationships, and expand our market presence. This role is critical to our success, as it involves promoting our premium stone products to architects, interior designers, contractors, and other key stakeholders in the construction and design industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and targeting new business opportunities.
• Product Knowledge: Become an expert on companies product range, understanding their unique features and advantages.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events and trade shows.
• Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
• Travel: Occasional travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit project sites as required.

• Must have previous experience in Marble/Stones/Paint/Building material Industry
• 3 to 6 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the construction or design industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Knowledge of natural stones, construction materials, or related industries is a plus.
