Reporting to the Senior Director, you will oversee the media buying strategies for our clients in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and across the broader APAC region.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Create data-driven lead generation campaigns, working with vendors to influence strategy
• Manage media budgets and planning conversations with client
• Collaborate with global publishers to increase content partnerships for the client
• Review and develop our Media Buying processes and efficiencies to facilitate and support this growing part of the business
• Build relationships with ad technology partners, and publishers and develop a POV regarding recommendations
• Enable the Jellyfish Client Management to upskill and allow access to improved inventory sources and the ability to take on different Client Categories that require this inventory

What you will do  

The team delivers innovative solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for HVAC systems. You will be part of a growing project team of HVAC driving new projects or maintaining customer’s facilities.

How you will do it

• Assist Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis and price negotiation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and sub-contractors for project implementation
• Handle project administration

What we look for

Required

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Service / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 2 to10 years’ relevant experiences

 Preferred

• Effective interpersonal, presentation and project management skills
• Good problem solving techniques, organizing and planning ability
• Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Independent and able to work under pressure & tight deadline
• Willing to work on site in various locations

• Produce monthly management reports and participate in month-end management review process

• Perform analytics for profitability review, and provide explanations for variance against budget

• Act as a business partner with Business Units’ stakeholders to provide functional support for business growing

• Evaluate potential opportunity of new investments and prepare the payback analysis before presenting to the management

• In-charge of CAPEX request preparation and submission to HQ in a timely manner

• Participate in annual budgeting process

• Drive continuous improvement of current management reporting workflow

• Assist in the deployment of new business tools and provide daily support for Finance workstream after deployment

• Prepare ad-hoc analysis as per business needs

• Any other duties assigned

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field

• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese

• Good analytical & conceptual skills, and high level of commercial acumen

• Self-driven, detail and results-orientated with an ability to work well under pressure

• Strong sense of responsibility and trustworthy;

• Reliable and able to work individually as well as part of a team

• Good inter-personal skills

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in running a top-quality, high-volume venue. Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth implementation and execution of the restaurant operations.
• Provide training to the team to deliver the highest quality of service and sustain the brand image.
• Implement marketing activities to drive sales and revenue for the restaurant.
• Control stocks for daily use in restaurant to ensure service requirements are met
• Supervise and coordinate the prompt, high-standard, efficient and courteous serving of food and beverages in the restaurant.

• Support the Restaurant Manager in coordinating various activities such as hiring and training, arranging schedules and guest requirements.
• Arrange for new employees' proper onboarding (scheduling training and ordering uniforms)

• Gather guests' feedback, respond accordingly, and resolve guest complaints.
