For the Yacht:
·      Preparation work with the Captain and yacht crews
·      Responsible for procurements the yacht needs (Interior, snacks, and drinks)
·      Providing cabin service - meals and bartending
·      General housekeeping and arrange laundry service
·      Assist with the paperwork with Captain

For the Office:
·      Welcoming and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
·      Handle coming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
·      Manage the meeting room bookings and coordinate meeting logistics with the IT department
·      Assisting with office management tasks, coordinating with the building management team
·      Assisting with HR department, not limited to maintain and update staff leave recording, staff onboarding process
·      Assist in organizing company activities and events (Annual Dinner, off-site gathering, happy Friday treats)
·      Assisting with ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned
·      Diploma or above in Business Administration / Hospitality Management or related disciplines
·      At least 1-2 years of working administrative experience
·      At least 2-3 years of working in F&B in Luxury Hotel / Restaurants / Flight Attendants experience is also consideredÂ
·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·      Shift duty is required
·      Strong organizational and multitasking skills
·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
·      Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
·      Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a plus
·      Immediate availability is highly preferred
