• Lead the team to participate in the ITF project and post-ITF project on novel traditional Chinese Medicines development.
• Participate in searching literature, sourcing for new equipment and writing proposals for funding.
• Perform experiments in the development process with various proposed formulation techniques.
• Perform formulation characterization such as moisture content, particle size analysis, microscopic observation, content assay and dissolution experiment.
• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of R&D machinery, equipment and analytical instruments in the laboratory.

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the pharmaceutical and food sectors.
