We are hiring a talented individual to join our team in Hong Kong to be in charge of product design and sourcing. You will be reporting directly to our Managing Director.
You will be responsible for developing consumer goods products across multiple brands and product categories (e.g. apparel and accessories, home decor, and textiles). This role is unique as it encompasses all aspects of the supply chain, from conception to product manufacturing, including design, marketing materials, and financial targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
Performing market research to determine the products to be developed.
Ensuring design decisions effectively combine beauty, functionality, and production efficiency.
Identifying potential manufacturers in Europe and establishing relationships to ensure the highest quality products for our brands.

Job Overview
As an Assistant Brand Manager or Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our brand strategies to ensure Beame's market presence continues to grow. Your responsibilities will include overseeing marketing campaigns, managing brand equity, and enhancing customer engagement. You will collaborate across teams to maintain brand consistency and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing brand marketing plans in alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with regional marketing manager to maintain a consistent brand message across all channels, ensuring alignment with the company's core values.
Conduct market research to analyze consumer trends and evaluate competitive landscape.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Collaborate with creative team to generate innovative ideas for promotional activities and advertising materials.
Monitor brand performance metrics and provide actionable insights based on data analysis.
Ensure brand representation is consistent across all consumer touchpoints.
Assist in managing brand budgets and forecasts.
Develop engaging content for different platforms to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
Facilitate training for internal teams to reinforce brand values and messaging.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.
Strong understanding of brand development and marketing principles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
