About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate, Credit Underwriting to join us as part of the winning team in an exciting journey. This role reports to the Associate Director, Credit and you will play a pivotal role in assessing credit risks associated with new and existing clients in these specialized sectors.

About the Role
The Senior Associate, Operations at FundPark, a leading financial technology company, will gain hands-on experience across various loan operations functions. Key Responsibilities:
Organize and implement marketing plans for the group to support related promotional campaign and achieve business target.
Develop and implement online and offline sales events and products promotions to drive traffic sales in both retail stores.

About the role
We are looking for a diligent and proactive Senior Manager – Credit Underwriting to join us as part of the winning team in an exciting journey. This role reports to the Chief Credit Officer and assist in leading a team of credit underwriters to conduct credit analysis and underwriting on new potential clients and regular review of existing clients.
What you need to do
Lead a team of credit underwriters to conduct credit analysis and underwriting on new potential clients and regular review of existing clients with minimal supervision and ensure timely reporting of related credit information and reports of subordinates;
Formulate and review risk framework, credit policy, risk model, scorecard, development and enhancement of adequate credit underwriting procedures;
Assist in conducting portfolio risk management and ensure effective risk monitoring and special assets management, including early warning mechanisms, contingency and debt collection plans;
Conduct fraud prevention measurements to ensure the underlying assets of the Trade Finance Projects are of good credit quality;
Facilitating project development and data analysis by collaborating with various departments;
Assist in implementing automation of credit underwriting procedures;
Perform other ad-hoc tasks and assist in daily operations.
University degree or high diploma in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Risk Management or related discipline;
At least 5 years of experience in credit analysis earned from banking or finance sector;
Knowledge of Trade Finance with experience in the e-Commerce industry will be an advantage
A team player with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with internal and external business partners;
Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented;
Able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, with multi-tasking and keen to details;

What you need to do
Assist project manager in reviewing, monitoring, and implementing projects; and keep all parties accountable for deliverables to ensure timely project execution
Communicate with different stakeholders to update necessary information and ensure the same understanding is achieved and aligned
Analyse business and user requirements, propose solutions and create design specifications
Coordinate project schedules, manage project meetings and identify technical problems
Prepare test plan, organise and conduct UAT
Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or other Business Management related disciplines
Ideally 2-3 years of experience.

Be a business partner to Management and provide insightful financial advice for better and faster decision making
Understand the products and services of the Company, identify accounting issues and provide recommendations

In charge of month-end closing accuracy and enhance efficiency
Work closely with FP&A to support budgeting and forecasting process, as well we MoM/BvA analysis
Review day-to-day financial operations such as invoicing, account payables and accounts receivables
Prepare financial and management reports to senior management and investors
Taking the lead to deal with auditors and agree treatment on issues in early manner, in order to provide more confidence on monthly reported numbers
