You will be leading in all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, treasury, budget and forecasts preparation. Responsibilities
Lead a team of 3-5 people.
Oversee finance functions including billing & AR, procurement, expenses and payments, and bookkeeping.
Hands on work on consolidation, treasury / bank administration, tax compliance, budgeting and forecasting.
Partner with senior management and department heads in providing financial advice and insights to support business initiatives.
Develop and maintain management reports that provide insightful analysis into the Group’s financial & operational performance.
Ensure financials of the company are presented in a timely and accurate manner.
Perform effective cash flow management to maintain the financial health of the company.
Manage annual budget exercise and establish the process(es) to effectively and efficiently track the performance against approved budgets throughout the year.
Leverage on technology to streamline the finance workflow and enhance operational efficiency.
Establish financial policies and procedures to ensure proper internal control.
Own and manage the relationship with banks, external auditors, and vendors and consultants.
Manage, develop and grow the Finance team, encouraging scalable and sustainable practice that aligns with business requirements as Hex Trust grows.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or equivalent
5 to 10 years experience in accounting and treasury; experience in the audit space is a plus.
Experience with Xero, our accounting platform would be advantageous.
Experience in treasury and bank admin processes would be advantageous.
Proficient with the Google Suite of applications; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio) is a plus.
Understanding of blockchain is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to present solutions to stakeholders concisely and precisely.
Strong interpersonal skills, a good team player, inquisitive & detail-minded, you will be able to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Hex Technologies Pte Ltd received the Major Payment Institution (MPI) in-principal approval license in July 2024 and, as one of the first custodians to receive the MPI license, the Compliance Officer (CO) will responsible for day-to-day compliance works and operations in our Singapore office and help ensure compliance risks are identified and adequately mitigated in both Singapore and at the Group company level. In addition, the CO will also help with the planning, implementation and oversight of the Governance-related responsibilities of the Compliance department, including but not limited to, reporting requirements for internal and external parties.
Responsibilities:
Manage compliance risk strategies, policies and frameworks at local and group level;
Monitor and assess compliance with the laws, regulations and policies of Singapore and the MAS;
Provide inputs to the Head of Legal & Compliance and management team on ongoing licensing requirements and best practices of processes at group level;
Implementation and processing of compliance controls and risk management activities;
Manage regulatory reporting;
Direct reporting to the Head of Legal and Compliance;
Carry out awareness briefing and staff training on regulatory requirements, company policies and procedures;
Liaison with regulators, auditors and law enforcement. Oversee compliance reviews and investigations;
Review marketing materials prior to publication;
Verify and ensure documentation is complete prior to onboarding of clients;
Perform investigative work on suspicious transactions and/or activities for both fiat and cryptocurrency transactions;
Manage and review all transaction alerts within target timelines, and where appropriate, prepare Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) to the relevant Authorities.
At least 7 years experience in a compliance role in a financial institution, digital assets company or in a regulated industry with a mix of regulatory compliance and AML/CFT compliance;
Regulatory exposure to the MAS or commensurate overseas regulator;
Relevant experience as a MLRO/Deputy MLRO highly preferred;
Familiar with the Payment Services Act particularly PSN01 and PSN02, and related regulatory requirements issued by the MAS;
Bachelor in Business, Accounting, Finance, Legal, or other relevant discipline;
Advanced degrees of certifications (e.g. CAMS, ICA, CCAS) are a plus;
Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure;
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team;

About the Role
The Senior Associate, Operations at FundPark, a leading financial technology company, will gain hands-on experience across various loan operations functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with prior exposure to finance or fintech to develop a well-rounded skill set in loan administration and back-office support. Sourcing and managing external copywriters, videographers, and photographers.
Creating diverse marketing content, such as product photos, staged images, videos, brochures, and product descriptions.
Participating in all facets of branding, from developing mood boards to designing websites.
Ensuring timely completion and high quality of all creative assets.
Contributing to the design decisions of physical products.

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our Hong Kong team as a Sourcing and Design Coordinator, reporting directly to our Managing Director.
In this role, you will develop consumer goods for various brands and categories, including apparel, accessories, home decor, and textiles. This position is unique, covering every supply chain aspect from initial concept to manufacturing, encompassing design, marketing materials, and financial goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conduct market research to identify products for development.
Make design decisions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and production efficiency.
Find and build relationships with potential manufacturers in Europe to ensure top-quality products for our brands.
Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
Oversee the product sourcing process from initial request to final delivery, including sample approvals and quality control.
Ensure products comply with US trade regulations.
Collaborate closely with photographers, videographers, and copywriters to create marketing materials.
Maintain daily communication with a network of over 100 entrepreneurs, craftsmen, designers, quality control specialists, logistics experts, and regulatory advisors.
