Position Summary
Digital Asset Custody provides clients with a highly secure technology environment in which to hold the private keys to their virtual assets, including cryptocurrencies, tokens, stablecoins, NFTs etc. Different wallet options are available, providing variable levels of accessibility vs security depending on the requirements of individual clients. A number of ancillary services are offered which can provide additional returns to custody clients. In addition, technological solutions are offered to clients to provide a system platform which can be operated either on Hex Trust’s infrastructure or installed “on prem” under the complete control of the client.
The objective of the role is to define an evolving, market-leading suite of products and services to satisfy clients’ developing requirements in a competitive and cost-effective manner. At a strategic level this involves analysing the blockchain industry, the market and competitor trends and helping position the Hex Trust product suite to be first-to-market, competitive, scalable and profitable. On a more tactical level it involves working with Technology, Operations and potential or existing clients to find practical and workable solutions to “here and now” requirements.
The role ideally requires an understanding of the custody business in both traditional and virtual asset environments since the principles underlying custody are broadly similar in both. A sound understanding of the technical aspects of blockchain’s underlying foundations is required to enable different options to be effectively evaluated.
The role requires both analytical and creative capabilities, on the one hand working with various parties to identify detailed solutions, prepare client and internal proposals and gain management approval for variations from core capabilities where commercially viable, while on the other hand identifying creatively how existing functionality might be used to provide innovative solutions without the need for development. The role will involve dealing with new situations in a rapidly evolving environment. A working knowledge of key operational controls, regulatory requirements, risk identification and management will be highly beneficial, as will awareness of cybersecurity principles .
Our Custody platform, Hex Safe, also serves as one of the building blocks for added-value services and the role involves liaison with other Products such as Trading and Financing to determine how Hex Safe can best be used to complement these products without compromising its key features or controls. Bundled products are also areas in which the jobholder will use his/her business acumen to propose new pricing structures and project commercial strategies.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior C&B Officer to join our People and Culture team. This role will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing our compensation and benefits programs. This position requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in compensation and benefits, who can ensure our offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company's objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to design programs that support our employees' well-being and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily HR operations, such as onboarding, offboarding, leave management, work injuries application, etc.
Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Provide guidance and support to HR and management teams on compensation and benefits-related matters.
Conduct regular audits of compensation and benefits practices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Lead the performance review cycle process, including salary adjustments, promotions, and equity reviews.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure optimal service delivery.
Process regular payroll to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions.
Ensure compliance with payroll-related regulations, including tax reporting and filing.
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and compliant payroll accounting and reporting.
Implement and maintain payroll systems and software to streamline processes and enhance accuracy.
Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in compensation and benefits
Expertise in payroll management and processes
Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, best practices, and legal requirements
Experience with compensation surveys, job evaluation, and market analysis.
Proficient in HRIS and compensation management software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

We are looking for an Event Operations Executive to join our agile and dynamic team based Hong Kong. This regional role will manage a wide spectrum of virtual events (e.g. Awards, conferences, trainings, bespoke events etc.) hosted by our company’s leading B2B titles, namely Risk.net, FX Markets and WatersTechnology, across Asia Pacific region.
Reporting to Event Operations Manager while working closely with the Events and Marketing Services teams, you must have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate in a clear, professional manner and deliver events within budget and tight timeline. You will handle multiple events concurrently and demonstrate your ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
This role provides excellent exposure in client servicing as you will liaise with sponsors and vendors closely with your strong negotiation skills. You must be passionate about identifying new solutions for better event experiences.
Responsibilities
Event Execution: In-Person and Virtual
Conduct vendor research and get quotations
Map out project timelines and set clear deadlines
Gather marketing collateral to develop content on virtual event platforms and distribution at in-person events
Liaise with the AV vendor on the event logistics
Provide technical support prior to event and on the day
Prepare post-event report and data analysis
Manage individual project P&Ls and keep track of all expenses
External Client Liaison
Guide sponsors through the virtual event process and offer practical advice
Coordinate video content creation between sponsors and video editors
Strategic Support
Research the latest event technology in the market and share new platform alternatives that suit the business needs
1-2 working experience preferably in event / project management
Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Prenetics is looking for a highly motivated Clinical Bioinformatics Manager to join our bioinformatics team. In this role you will be responsible for analyzing NGS (Next-generation sequencing) data. You will also be responsible for supporting the clinical and bioinformatics teams to manage the queries. You will independently and proactively identify process issues and recommend solutions given critical timelines. This work is interdisciplinary and involves collaboration with lab scientists, R&D scientists, engineers and the bioinformatics team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the bioinformatics operations of the company.
Develop and test the bioinformatics pipelines.
Work with engineering team to deploy and manage bioinformatics workflows.

Provide Bioinformatics support to existing products
Build and maintain genotype and phenotype databases
