This role reports to the Chief Credit Officer and assist in leading a team of credit underwriters to conduct credit analysis and underwriting on new potential clients and regular review of existing clients.

What you need to do

• Lead a team of credit underwriters to conduct credit analysis and underwriting on new potential clients and regular review of existing clients with minimal supervision and ensure timely reporting of related credit information and reports of subordinates;
• Formulate and review risk framework, credit policy, risk model, scorecard, development and enhancement of adequate credit underwriting procedures;
