About this job:
The Sales Manager for GfK will provide global leading information services and products to our clients, mostly in the technology & durable consumer goods industry. Our data offers comprehensive and timely information on market shares and category penetration, competitive sales volumes and insights into distribution, pricing, merchandising and promotion. By combining this detailed information with our professional consultative services, we offer valuable insights and expertise that help our clients improve their manufacturing, marketing and sales decisions. The role will be working in the commercial team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Relationship Management
Own the client relationship and lead the client engagement for the assigned accounts by having a strong understanding their business priorities
Foster relationships at all levels and functions of the client organization to identify opportunities for incremental product/solution sales
Work with delivery team to ensure client service standards are delivered
Business Development
Provide relevant product solutions that answers client business issues/opportunities
Develop a winning sales framework for retaining current and approaching new clients
Work on strategy and approach to win back lapsed clients
Launch and introduce new services in the market to drive adoption among clients
Build a strong pipeline through regular engagement with clients
Build the company’s positive image through active participation in professional associations and industry conferences/seminars
Contribute to the short-term strategies and business plans for the growth of the business unit based on global and regional direction
Financial Management
Achieve key financial metrics: revenue and profitability, as well as other related business development objectives
Ensure proper pricing and contracts are applied according to company's policies and guidelines
Understand the companies financial guidelines such as forecast and pipeline management
Use sales technology and digital tools to do work efficiently by recording prospects, forecast pipeline and convert sales
Monitor the actual financial performance against budget/forecast and ensure the implementation of actions that will lead to the achievement of the targets
Here is what we are looking for additionally:
Bachelor's or above degree
Strong business understanding in technology & durable consumer goods markets and related retail landscape
Ideally at least 5+ years of experience in consulting, market research, or business development.
Prior working experiences with IT, Telecom, and Home Appliances accounts, knowledge of research techniques, strong analytical skills and business commercial acumen would be an added advantage
Good English language skills
Strong presentation and communication skills, client-centric approach
Proactive and consistent engagement with multi-disciplined teams
Passion, dedication, and commitment
Creativity and the ability to address real-world business problems analytically
Eagerness to learn, open mindset, team spirit, and an entrepreneurial attitude

We are looking for a creative and dynamic candidate to join our high-performing marketing team! The candidate will be closely involved in the development of campaigns designed to promote The Flexi Group brand and services across all markets. This is an expansive and multifaceted role that will get you hands-on experience in content production, events, and project management, paid digital marketing campaigns & much much more.
The right candidate will be a self-starter, an idea-generator, and ready to tackle a multitude of exciting projects and enthusiastically overcome obstacles in creative ways.

DIGITAL MARKETING
Work with the digital team in managing SEM & SMM campaigns to support brand awareness and lead generation
Assist in the onboarding and management of 3rd party marketing platforms to expand The Flexi Group' online presence
Bring fresh ideas to the table by proposing new campaigns and collaborations
WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
Update websites with monthly sales promotions designed to generate leads for specific memberships or services (WordPress)
Perform website audits to identify SEO improvements
Support with website health checks and maintenance
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & CONTENT PRODUCTION
Propose new content/ campaign ideas, both contextual and new marketing mediums
Take the lead in suggesting and communicating with KOL’s to drive engagement across Common Grounds social platforms
Working in partnership with the Art team, support the creation of in-house visual content (Graphic & Video)
Attend events to capture content for Common Grounds social media channels and to support event organisers
University Degree holder in Marketing, communications, or any related discipline preferred
2-3 years of digital marketing experience would be ideal, however, graduates with a portfolio are welcome to apply
Creative, solution-oriented and fast learner
Outstanding communication and organisational skills along with strong attention to detail and deadlines
Native English speaker, any additional languages would be an advantage
Interest in video production and graphic design
Experience in WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads & Facebook Business Manager preferred
