As the Senior Manager of Catering Operations, you will be responsible for the 24/7 planning and execution of all aspects of their global catering services. This role requires collaboration across the organization to ensure timely and accurate delivery of on-board services, including catering, bars, and dry stores for all flights. Responsibilities:
Strategic:
Develop and implement a strategic plan that coordinates delivery activities between the Equipment Team, catering suppliers, worldwide airports, and the DOH hub during normal and disrupted operations.
Provide strategic direction for performance management of all service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery at the lowest cost.
Create and lead a strategic plan to enhance efficiency in delivering equipment items, ensuring optimal value for the airline.
Develop and lead the environmental agenda for catering services.
Operational:
Evaluate and recommend in-sourcing and outsourcing opportunities to ensure optimal value from all delivery activities.
Oversee daily operational aspects of catering services, making timely decisions to ensure 24/7 catering delivery while maintaining safety and operational integrity.
Resolve conflicts between operational parties, including senior-level external suppliers, to maintain operational integrity.
Develop and maintain relationships with all suppliers, working closely with the global airport management team as part of the turnaround process at airports worldwide.
Lead business continuity and operational contingency planning to maintain operations during disruptions and represent catering services on corporate safety boards and in security/safety reviews.
Manage the daily catering budget, which constitutes 90+% of DOC.
Develop improved logistics and supply strategies to reduce cost and complexity.
Provide catering input for new aircraft development and long-term corporate planning.
Make time-sensitive operational decisions that directly impact costs, ensuring safety and operational integrity while adhering to corporate governance.
Drive reductions in weight and waste expenditure.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager at our company, you are set to play a pivotal role, leading a team dedicated to driving talent acquisition efforts across Hong Kong and our off-shore entities. Reporting directly to the Regional HR Director, you will have the unique opportunity to collaboratively work with our HRBP team to secure the best talent essential for maintaining our business's exponential growth. Your remit will encompass the strategic and operational management of all recruitment resources and channels, ensuring efficiency, innovation, and smart utilization to attract high-caliber professionals who resonate with our company culture and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Spearhead the use and continued assessment of recruitment resources to enhance return on investment and candidate quality.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external partners such as universities, and professional organizations.
Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand talent needs, develop job descriptions, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Collaborate with the HR team to enhance recruitment processes and systems to streamline and improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve talent acquisition efforts.
Manage and develop a high-performing team of recruiters.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with progression into a managerial role.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices in talent acquisition.
Proficient in using ATS, recruitment software, and HRIS system
Proven ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Position Summary
Deliver feature-rich, technology-driven, robust and quality software applications and systems. Work closely with the business and tech teams to drive communication, understanding and consent of requirements and acceptance criteria in all aspects of the digital platform and software systems.
Duties & Responsibilities
Perform market research and analysis on competitor/comparable products.
Identifying and designing new products, focusing on the business value provided to clients
Deeply understand client needs via close interactions, whenever possible and with business and client facing teams in HexTrust. Ask probing questions to clients to understand the problem they are trying to solve and their need, even if not explicitly and clearly expressed
Bring new ideas and solutions to the table, become a thought partner to the business teams
Calibrate the trade-off between fulfilling a specific client need vs. making a product that can properly address similar needs of multiple clients. Product vs. tailor made trade-off
Continuously assess current product portfolio on its value proposition to clients and identify areas of improvement early
Define features, write product specifications, facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback, help write test plans with QA, manage the backlog, and ultimately ship products/features in a timely manner.
Create and maintain the team’s roadmap, milestones, and dependencies with strategic priorities in mind.
Prioritize initiatives and projects appropriately and weigh tradeoffs that must be made
Perform the product owner role in agile teams
Define features, write product specifications, facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback, help write test plans with QA, manage the backlog, and ultimately ship products/features in a timely manner.
Manage specific features within a product line; nurture and lead Junior team members.
Ideally candidates should have relevant Product manager experience in range from 3-5 years of experience.
Some experience in trading products is strongly preferred
Some experience with blockchain is strongly preferred
Experience in interacting with B2B clients to understand their needs
Experience in techniques such as focus groups, conjoint analysis would be beneficial. May not necessarily be used in Hex Trust, but will be a valuable background while interacting with clients and business teams, to drive productive conversations
Experience as product owner in agile teams is a valuable plus
A data informed work style, viewed through a compassionate lens of the user
A passion for building delightful customer facing products and experiences
Experience shipping and iterating on successful Software or Financial products at scale
Demonstrated leadership, taking initiative and producing results
The ability to collaborate well with designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, growth
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
