Retail Performance & Operational Excellence
Responsible for P/L for the directly operated retail stores for the assigned region
Develop and oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives designed to drive growth, profitability, customer satisfaction and operation efficiency and productivity
Take all actions necessary to achieve sales objectives, and define best corrective actions (both short term and long term
Work closely with Retail Operations team to continuously develop the retail processes to increase productivity and ensure efficiency in all store operations aspects
Conduct analysis of product trends and P.O.S. potential to ensure adequate and appropriate stock levels
Support Commercial(Merchandising) Team in the definition of product and price strategies by providing feedback from the retail stores
Collaborate with Marketing and growth team in special events to enhance the brand image and sales;
Partner with HQ Training to promote retail and operation training to store staff to ensure quality service is maintained within all stores
Maintain outstanding store conditions to optimise layout and displays in-store; support brand and visual campaigns of new tacticals and launches.
Conduct manpower resource planning for all stores; manage shift schedules and human cost budget to achieve optimal staffing levels for excellence in the brand's customer experience, according to peak hours, days, and seasonality
Partner with People and Culture team to ensure the proper development of people in stores through the diffusion of the best practices and the direct involvement into business activities
Undertake financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budgets; provide reports and resolutions to ensure an efficient resource usage to increase profitability
Assist the Regional Director to develop new business opportunities in both existing locations and new locations
Build good relationships with landlords and developers

Collaborate closely with Retail Centre of Excellence (CoE) for the brainstorming and execution of campaigns, events, and store openings
Together with Retail CoE, identify business opportunities and actively engage in anticipating business impact or roll out plans; provide input in developing effective and scalable solutions to improve operational efficiency
Report to senior management on progress and issues by constantly evaluating performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in fast fashion
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a retail team(s) - both front and back of house
Practical and hands-on experience of Hong Kong market with a proven track record of effective brand building initiatives and the ability to drive business goals
Extremely customer-centric and genuinely enjoys serving and getting to know customers better
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to motivate and lead the retail team
Possess high level of commercial acumen, self-initiative, strategic and analytical mindset combined with a drive for results

Job Description
You will be responsible for the project management and installation functions of all Modification projects secured by Service Department. The candidate needs to ensure that the installation works are being carried out in accordance with relevant contract specifications and in compliance with company requirements so as to support Service Department in meeting the related business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop objectives, operations strategies & targets for Modernization (MOD) works
Manage and lead the MOD project team and ensure the MOD installation work complies with code requirements & Otis standards
Oversee all aspects of the project management systems from quality, safety and cost
Manage full project life cycle from site intake to handover including preparation and reviewing project program, schedule of milestones, resources planning, site safety and quality
Responsible for overall safety management for the project through planning, site audit and inspection etc.
Liaise with factory to resolve any on-site technical issue
Attend the project meetings, safety meetings and site meetings as assigned by customers
Optimize the resources to achieve or over the secured margin
Explore cost control opportunities on MOD installation process & vendor management
Assist vendor selection process and monitor vendor performance
Render assistance on MOD installation and participate in Sales negotiation for service branches when necessary
Requirements:
Degree holder in Bachelor of Engineering, in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical discipline or equivalent
Have at least 10 years solid project management experience and prefer in large-scale project with prestige customers
Experience in lifts & escalators industry and service sales activities
Experience in supervising project operations & cost control
Have in-depth knowledge of Hong Kong statutory and building related regulation and the associated Code & product knowledge
Candidate with greater experience could be considered for Senior Project Manager

This role involves a combination of 50% team support and 50% Executive 1-to-1 support, with a focus on managing administrative tasks and assisting in the smooth functioning of the executive's office.
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior executive, including managing their calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Conduct research and compile information for various projects and initiatives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date team records, including contact lists and organizational charts. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the executive, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Handle incoming communication, such as emails and phone calls, and respond or redirect them as appropriate
Requirements: Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.
