We pride ourselves as the best and largest vertically integrated, omni-channel women's fashion brand in the region. Founded in 2010, we have grown to 250 people strong, proudly headquartered in Singapore with country offices in Indonesia and Malaysia and an omni-channel presence across these 3 markets. In addition to our retail franchise in Cambodia, we ship internationally to 15 markets (Hong Kong, China, Philippines and Australia, New Zealand, US, Canada, Macau, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia & Brunei).
We are taking our definition of new female retail global, with our sights set on becoming the most thoughtful brand for the everyday woman.

The role
You will be responsible for bringing our Love, Bonito brand to life in Hong Kong via our store, as part of our mission to become the largest and most thoughtful brand for Asian women globally.
As our Store Manager in Hong Kong, you will lead the roll-out and running of our retail stores and pop-ups throughout the city, as we expand our reach more aggressively in market over the next few years. You should be a proud ambassador of our culture and values, have an outgoing and warm personality, and of course be someone who loves people and is passionate about the service and retail industry.

Main responsibilities
Team Management & Leadership:
- Meet sales goals by leading, managing, mentoring, and providing feedback to a team of full-time and part-time retail associates
- Inspire and motivate team to work towards a collective goal
- Collaborate closely with all other functional team leads in particular Commercial, Operations, Marketing and People & Culture
Retail Performance & Operations:
- Customer Care, Sales & Stock Management, Visual Merchandising, Operations, Human Resources, Loss Prevention
- Drive store performance via retail strategies, customer experience, service and visual merchandising
- Manage the overall store operations to ensure a consistent and solid Love, Bonito experience, which includes daily stand-ups, retail training, customer service training, inventory management, stockroom management, order replenishments, visual merchandising, manpower planning, stock take etc.
- Conduct manpower resource planning for both permanent and temporary retail staff; manage shift schedules and retail staff budget to achieve optimal staffing levels for excellence in the brand's customer experience, according to peak hours, days, and seasonality
- Oversee general store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including goods receiving & transfers and cashier balancing
- Be present and operating on retail floor as floor manager
- Develop strategies to enhance the store customer experience and drive sales performance by conducting weekly business reviews to expand our customer base, increase store traffic and optimize profitability.
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
- Conduct weekly business reviews with team to increase traffic, expand base, retain customers and optimize profitability
- Collaborate closely with Regional Head of Retail Operations in ensuring consistency and the roll-out of retail best practices
- Work closely with CCO & Country Manager in the sourcing and launching of new stores

- 在零售空間擔任店舖經理一職
- 負責招聘、指導全體兼職與正職員工,建立強大團隊
- 每週與團隊檢討業務運作,以提升客流量、擴展客戶群、留住顧客和提高盈利
- 與地區零售營運主管密切協作,以確保互有共識地同步而行,並採用最佳的零售方式
- 與其他部門的團隊領袖(業務發展、銷售策劃、市場營銷等等)通力協作,以發展 Love, Bonito
- 在新店籌備和開張方面,與商務總監及國家主管經理合作

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in fast fashion
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a retail team(s)
- Experience in leading and managing a team
- Numerate with strong Excel skills
- Effectively bilingual in English and Cantonese, mandarin is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree - all fields are welcome!
資歷及經驗要求
- 至少具有 6 年的零售產業經驗(時尚、服裝產業佳)
- 至少具有 3 年的管理零售店舖的經驗
- 具備領導和管理團隊的經驗
- 精通於 Excel 試算表功用
- 通曉英語與廣東話,及簡單普通話
- 至少擁有學士學位(各領域都歡迎!)
