About the Role
• Own and strategize various customer digital touchpoints to drive long-term new business growth for AIA Hong Kong
• Own MarTech and lead the development of various customer digital touchpoints, i.e. corporate website and e-commerce site, to deliver an industry-leading digital experience
• Orchestrate various customer digital touch points to maximize lead generation and conversion, driving growth for both Local and MCV business
Job Responsibilities:
- Define, build, and implement the target MarTech and e-commerce ecosystem roadmap.
- Devise omnichannel strategies and collaborate with channels to maximize lead generation and lead conversion.
- Develop customer data platforms and media partnerships to enable personalized and relevant content delivery.
- Ensure the delivery of an excellent and innovative digital experience on our corporate website and e-commerce site.
- Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points in the customer journey to optimize user experience and lead conversion.
- Stay up to date with digital trends, the latest marketing technology, competitive activities, and best practices to drive innovation in digital marketing.
Job Requirements:
- University degree with over 12 years working experience in financial services or related industry, at least 8 years of which in a strategic role to drive overall digital marketing & e-Commerce agenda
- Solid understanding of customer digital behaviors. Proven track record in a wide spectrum of digital marketing disciplines – digital, search, performance marketing and e-commerce
- Demonstrate curiosity and eagerness to keep abreast of the latest digital trends and marketing technology
- Strong leadership in managing a team to drive digital marketing and e-commerce success
- Strong interpersonal, project management, planning and time management skills. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skill
- Good spoken & written Chinese & English
