What the job does:

We are looking for a self-driven, passionate superstar to join Team Tilbury as our Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager.  You will be involved in all aspects of visual merchandising and project manage – from design to approvals to suppliers’ recruitment to technical drawings development to production and installation. You will be part of a growing Store Design and VM team responsible for all Hong Kong and Macau and Travel Retail. Key Responsibility

• Consolidate all market VM calendar, attend regular meetings with global team, marketing, and commercial teams to get campaigns strategies and directions on budget, product launches & promotions.

• Support the SDVM Manager in preparing & launching new campaign, including in-store display ordering, videos, visuals, animation, planogram for HKMO and TR stores.

• In-charge of planogram updates for all store in line with global VM guideline, follow up through artwork, production, and quality check.

• Assist in design and production of animation roll out including pop up stores, window, outposts.

• Create plate artwork to fulfil individual market product assortments and launch dates.

• Follow up on HKMO specific content assets: Asian models in visuals & videos.
• Control quality and follow through the in-store and windows projects. Coordinate with relevant parties including but not limited to contractors and consultants to ensure the quality of local productions comply with global standard. Attend on-site meetings and installation.
• Create Store opening VM Guidelines for new stores alongside the retail and SD team.
• Conduct regular store visit to maintain store excellence
• Deliver VM training to retail team related to VM standard to ensure a compelling customer experience.
• Assist SDVM Manager on budgeting and forecasting. Raise Pos, follow up on invoices and control expenditure of any orders placed for individual projects.
• Be alert of market trends and best practices. Provide research to the team and global.

Some attributes we are looking for

• Degree holder in art and design discipline with minimum 5 years working hands-on experience gained in the fields of visual merchandising/ retail design industry/ product design/event or pop-up design/ graphic design or a combination of above. Previous work experience in cosmetics industry will be a plus.
• Experience with a range of design packages; preferably with knowledge of Adobe Suite, Sketch up, AutoCad and other design softwares.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute ideas whilst being self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Be Positive, flexible and extremely well organised, have the skills and personality to thrive in a rapid environment and meet challenging deadlines. Also will be able to respond quickly and effectively to changing priorities.

Job Description:

Summary:

We are looking for a detailed minded and energetic Administrative Assistant to support Court Reporting operation team on transcription production and administrative activities in Hong Kong.  The business is fast-paced and requires high level of organization, communication and administration skills, and the ability to learn the workflow and culture of a niche industry in a short time.

Responsibilities:

• Handle production of transcripts, audio cutting and conversion, CD / DVD creation per case info instructions (Private Diary & Tender Jobs)
• Submit the transcript and media to client before due date
• Follow up with reporters and case managers (via phone call, text message and/or email as applicable)
• Update the case info record and in-house database system, creating reports
• Print hard copies of transcripts (documents) and create transcript bundles including delivery (via daily delivery to Courts/Case Venues, via hand/courier delivery request for local and overseas jobs)
• Scan exhibits, case bundle documents and upload to in-house shared drive and folders
• Document binding & Data entry
• Prepare Binder files, dividers, tabs, spine, labels, etc.
• In-house prints, scan, binding, laminate support
• Keep track of the inventory level of the Production stationeries, printing paper, toners, etc., coordinate on a timely manner with relevant department to stock up as required
• Circulate Daily Roster at the end of the day
• Answer general phone enquiry and direct phone to appropriate staff members
• Meet and greet visitors or client in a professional and friendly manner
• Prepare and send out going faxes, mail and courier parcels
• Collect document and deliver deliverables on ad hoc basis
• Provide back up support to other departments e.g. transcription support & office administrative activities.
• Support Ad-hoc duties when required
• Manage travel bookings

Requirements:

• F.6 graduate or above
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in office setting / Fresh University Graduates are welcomed without office experience
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficiency in using computer, telephone system, fax & photocopier
• Good software skills e.g. word processing, excel
• Efficient, able to work under pressure and self-motivated
• Detail-oriented, time sensitive and accuracy
• Immediately available preferred
