Coordinate with regional HR teams or vendors to harmonize HR operations and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Streamline and optimize HR processes and systems for efficiency and scalability to support business growth.
Manage the implementation and ongoing maintenance of HR technology solutions to enhance HR service delivery.
Collaborate with the finance department to manage budgeting for salaries, benefits, and other HR-related expenses.
Provide expertise and guidance on complex HR operational matters, including tax implications, legal compliance, and policy development.
Work closely with the talent acquisition and HRBP teams to integrate C&B strategies with recruitment and employee growth initiatives.
Prepare and present analytics and reports on HR operational metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR Operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role focusing on Compensation & Benefits.
Strong background in regional HR operations, with a deep understanding of varying employment laws and practices.
Demonstrated experience in managing HRIS and payroll systems, with a preference for candidates who have overseen implementations or upgrades.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage complex data.
Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders across different regions and cultures.
