Prenetics is looking for a highly motivated Clinical Research Scientist & Laboratory Manager to lead our clinical research and development (R&D) projects and team. In this role you will be responsible for leading the clinical research and development (R&D) team, serve as project manager, and perform research activities. You will also be responsible for supporting the trouble shooting of the clinical service. You will independently and proactively identify process issues and recommend solutions given critical timelines. Key Responsibilities

• Workflow Development and Optimization:
• Develop, test, and refine the experimental workflow to ensure scalability, accuracy, and efficiency in generation of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data.
• Collaborate with laboratory testing personnel, R&D team members, and bioinformatics & clinical team for the development of workflow.
• Lead Clinical R&D Team:
