About the team The Planning and Administration Team is responsible for control and coordination of administration and compliance matters, as well as monitor and control budget expense and planning of Asia-Pacific Corporate Banking Department in Hong Kong and Singapore Office. Role requirements To support superior as well as all the Department staffs on secretarial and administrative matters; To plan and manage general administration of the Department; To assist expenses budget planning, monitoring and reporting; To formulate and monitor implementation of internal policies and procedures; To manage of human resources related matters; To implement and control of compliance related matters; To coordinate with other offices of the Department on related matters; Other duties and tasks assigned by superior and the management. Essential Functions To support and advise superior on the operations and planning and administration task of the department based on Head Office procedures and local operation procedures, including but not limited to general administrative applications, compliance and information control related applications/reports, budget plans, expense reports etc.; Competencies We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can proactively analyzes his/her work to improve quality and efficiency; Manages regular work without SH/TH's guidance and handles irregular cases by obtaining necessary guidance from line managers; Builds good working relationship with other members and stakeholders and effectively collaborates with them to achieve team goals. Work experience, education and skills Higher diploma or Associate degree holder; At least 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in financial institutions; With experience in administrative work, handling compliance related matters and expense reporting are desirable; Excellent communication skills; Able to work under pressure and meet the required deadlines while maintaining high-ethical standards; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese; Fluent in Mandarin and Japanese would be desirable.
