We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time (or Full-Time) HR Assistant to support our HR team. This role requires a strong ability to assist with HR operations, manage day-to-day administrative tasks, and provide support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Office Management:
Oversee the replenishment and ordering of office pantry
Ensure the office supplies & equipment are well-maintained and stocked.
HR Operational Support:
Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process, including preparing access cards and other necessary documentation.
Support the People Operations team on payroll calculations and regular reporting
Assist with vendor management, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
