As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in running a top quality, high volume venue. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition:
Lead the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding for various positions within the company.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels.
Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments to identify top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide guidance on selection processes.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely candidate information.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Employee Engagement:
Design, develop, and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives that align with company values and goals.
Plan and execute company-wide events, activities, and recognition programs to foster a positive work environment.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address employee concerns and enhance overall workplace culture.
Responsible for office inventory, daily office operations administrative work
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4-7 years of experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement roles.
Strong understanding of up-to-date AI tools is a MUST
