Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and provide quality pre-sales and post-sales service and support to customers
• Manage and expand existing and new client base and achieve sales targets
• Responsible for business development and account servicing for pest control service
• Provide value-added service/ solution to the clients
• Prepare daily quotation & sales reports

• Money Hungry individuals who are prepared to excel in sales
• No formal Pest control experience needed, we will train you with the “best in class” materials
• A can do attitude with the willingness to solve customer problems
• Tertiary education or above (Preferable but not a deal breaker)
• Preferably 2 years of sales & account management experiences
• Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good team player with a good sense of responsibility

We are in search of a dynamic Senior/ Digital Marketing Executive to join our TEA CHÂTEAU team, in enhancing our capability of digital performance in all digital marketing channels, and social media platforms. You will be a key part of the team to support the coordination and execution of the online marketing campaigns. It is expected the incumbent can explore new digital approaches to reach target customers manage and monitor digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and all other digital touch points, and monitor the digital performance, generating reports for the management team for developing sales-driven digital marketing strategies.
 

From day-to-day, you'll be a...

1. Managing the digital marketing calendar to ensure sales goals on both ONLINE & OFFLINE business are achieved.
2. Propose and manage the marketing budget for a digital marketing plan with pre-set KPIs.
3. Reviewing analytical reports and turning data into insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
4. Working with other business functions to create digital assets to drive transactional and advertising revenue through the ongoing optimization of all landing destinations based on an ongoing testing program.
5. Maximizing traffic and conversion through core digital marketing channels such as but not limited to: Paid Search, SEO, Email, Retargeting, and social media.

If you are…

• Tea lover / foodie;
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field;
• 2+ years of marketing experience, with a passion for digital marketing and a strong desire to work in a creative and hands-on environment;
• With experience in retail / luxury industry is preferred, with experience in Digital Agency is also welcome;
• With an understanding of ad placement strategies across various digital platforms, stay hungry for the latest digital trends;
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously;
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute innovative ideas;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with different stakeholders;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Executives.
